An Absolute Disaster
Canon PIXMA MegaTank G4770 is an absolute disaster of a product. Within just one year, it broke down twice, required multiple service visits, and is now completely dead. The build quality is shockingly poor for a brand like Canon, and the service support is even worse—slow, ineffective, and clearly clueless. It feels like they just drag issues without actually fixing anything. This product is completely unreliable, and the brand’s after-sales support is a joke. Total waste of money. Avoid Canon printers like this at all costs.
