Durable, easy to install
Have to give 5 stars: well made, sturdy coconut fiber erosion control mat. Prompt delivery, heavy but rolls easily, cuts easiest with electric scissors (but utility scissors fine for the younger and stronger). Has been very durable and effective so far, over the 6 months of my slope project. Considering other products I’ve tried for this critical need, worth the price.

Best ones my landscaper has seen!
My landscaper installed these mats on a hill where the side street goes downhill. He was very impressed with them and wanted to know where I got them. I gave him the link to Amazon. He said they didn't tangle, laid flat and easily moved around to cove the areas. He even said they were easy to cut to allow for plants to be placed in the ground. He's happy and I'm happy!

Heavy duty
I found the product easy to use but I wish it was available in a less dense mat. I used it to minimize erosion while new grass seeds was planted. I’m not sure how well the grass will grow through. I anticipate a lower yield of grass because trapped below mat.

Great product
Great product but too expensive. Would have gotten a better price if I had shopped around more. Just laid it so no results to report yet.

Excellent product
I used this for erosion control in my sloped landscape bed. The supplier provided detailed installation instructions which I followed and it has done an excellent job in eliminating the soil erosion during heavy rainfalls. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

Very durable, holds rocks, lets plants grow.
Almost the same shot with and without the carpet. Not hard to roll out, but a safety line should be used as its very heavy.
