It was reasonably easy to put together. An online video from the QR code helped with one part I wasn't really sure on. Height adjustable and okay comfort wise.

Bought this to be able to have for my daddy when he comes to visit. Although he is very healthy and can do a lot of things on his own - Thank GOD, he is starting to get older and gets a little more tired sooner. Easy to assemble. It arrives in a very small box, so don't be alarmed. It is heavy duty and will hold 550 lbs. It is sturdy and makes bathing easier for my disabled spouse.
