Plancha: 150 Great Recipes for Spanish-Style Grilling Flexibound – 18 Aug. 2011

Since buying this plancha book I have used many of the recipes. I hardly used conventional pans anymore. Both meat and vegetables are cooked to perfection. Only thing missing is the sunshine of Spain! You may wish to vary some of the cooking times to suit the thickness of your meat/vegetables etc. Other than that it is great and no more multiple plans to wash.

All easy to follow and nice photography. Could be used for a conventional BBQ as well. Easy to follow I got good results.

Little disappointed. Recipes very basic

if you have a Plancha I would recommend this book, great recipes including some useful sauce recipes.

Great edition to my new planche

This book together with the Plancha itself is fantastic. (Our plancha has all but replaced the Barbi) Very pleased with the recipe book as it goes into alot of detail but in a simplistic way

So basic,,,,,,every recipe ends with cook it on the Plancha.I could have guessed that myself

This book has some interesting ideas for plancha cooking, but a lot of it is focused on what you marinade your given meat, fish, seafood, chicken in first. Good for basics and a bit of fun.

I ordered this before it was published on my IPad. It is a great both for summer and fast cooking. I bought the griddle and this book for me, my daughter and as a wedding gift. I had been in Spain for a couple of months and this griddle is is really is really used outside on a BBQ. This book has recipes for how to use it, how long to cook items, and many marinades and sauces.

Les idees interressantes. J'aime faire la cuisine avec une plancha et ce livre donne les bon idees pour tous les nourritures.
