I could eat this right out of the bag, but I choose instead to use it anytime I have a recipe that calls for traditional flour. I find it easier and tastier to use than pork rind crumbs, which often overpower other ingredients, so it's become a staple in meatloaf, chicken fried steak, etc. Love this product!

For those of us on carnivore diet it is a great way to bread chicken or thicken a sauce with no sugar/carbs. It is pricey, but worth it to make a sauce or gravy once in a while. I made a piccata sauce and my husband thought it was great. Used Giada's receipe and substituted this for the flour.

The price is ridiculous.

The jar was a lot smaller than I expected. It worked well in my meatloaf recipe. I only used a couple of spoonfuls. No breadcrumbs needed.

Obviously not going to be exactly like flour, but I worked with it a bit and found a way to make some delicious cheese crackers out of this! Please not it has a very specific flavor that is not to everyone’s liking. So nice to have an animal based option to use when I’m having that carb craving!

I haven’t used it yet. I will update when I do. However, I expected more for the amount of money it costs. There is barely enough to use in a recipe.
