Catkin Rouge Matte Lipstick, Waterproof Long Lasting Satin Moisturizing Smooth Soft 0.13 Ounce-Chinese Style (C.130)

For $13 this is gorgeous. I bought it because the packaging is so pretty. The lipstick itself seems great too. Definitely worth the price. It has a strong ish floral type scent which I think might bother some people who are sensitive to scent. A little darker than dior 999 but bears some resemblance and I think it has a better texture.

Molded lipstick design a big hit as as a gift. Lipstick wears well. Really beautiful.

I rarely leave reviews, even when I am unhappy with the product. However, I made my purchase based on numerous youtube videos which gave this product extremely high praises, which I find to be completely untrue. SO, this is to be sure others aren't duped by influencers (who are likely paid to positively promote)... I purchased 3 of these - the packaging is STUNNING! However, I did not buy this as an art piece so... The formula is mediocre - it also slides all over the lips and bleeds more than any other lipstick I have ever used. The shades are nothing like the descriptive photos, and I got very different shades than I thought I'd ordered. The worst of this though is something in the ingredients which made my lips tingle, that I suspect is in the fragrance, which is a very the strong floral scent that also has a horrible taste to it. I will be returning these.

love the color and creamyness

I absolutely adore the case, the design is so beautiful and the magnetic cap is also very handy. However, the biggest downside for me was that it came broken and it almost looks like the section with the carving was a different piece compared to the part that is at the bottom. The color was a lot more red than I thought it would be, but I make it work just lightly patting it on and using lip gloss to make it look more like a red stain than actual lipstick. For the price it isn't bad and I will probably keep the casing to use later after I use it up.
