Q: Does it have internal speaker?

Our MP3 player for kids does not currently have a speaker function designed. The design philosophy of our kids MP3 player is to protect children's hearing. When using a speaker to listen to music, children will play for a relatively long time, but when using headphones to listen to music, children will listen for a period of time, and then take off the earphone to rest for a period of time, which helps to protect our ears, and when using headphones to listen to music, we can have a quiet environment to enjoy our music without being disturbed by the surrounding environment.

It only support Micro USB cable.

Q: Can this be used with an external microphone?

No, it couldn't be used with an external microphone.

I am sorry you have met this trouble, I'll help you solve this problem. You may choose "repeat" mode--"View Playing" The view playing only can play music for 10 seconds, now I help you cancel this mode. There are 2 ways to solve this issue: 1: You can press M button enter into "MUSIC" interface, choose "Now Playing", then press M button, you can enter into "music play" interface. And then short press “M” button, you should choose and confirm "play mode"---- "Repeat"---- "Repeat Off", when you confirm Repeat off, you can choose "Return" button, now you can play music normally with this bluetooth MP3 player . 2: In the main interface of this MP3 player with bluetooth, you can enter into Settings interface, confirm and enter into submenu, select to restore factory settings. Then This bluetooth watch MP3 player will play songs normally. (This operation does not delete files stored in the player's internal memory or on the SD card).
