Hello all,The product is very nice and looks great. However I would like to inform and suggest Qubo team to have a adjustable angle installed in the device so that the customer can adjust the angle as desired and can view more of the area for motion detection than have a fixed viewing angle. In my case the camera viewing angle doesn't capture the staircase area due to the non adjustable viewing angle. For your reference I have clicked and attached a picture with my cell phone and the screenshot of the view from the Qubo app too to know the difference. The 1st picture is the devices viewing angle and the 3rd picture is captured with my cell phone.I personally think that it would be a great and fantastice device if Qubo could do this small addition in this device of a adjustable viewing angle.Over and above the video quality is great and quite audible if at all you have to converse with the person at your door.

This flexibility ensures that you capture all necessary footage without filling up your storage too quickly.The doorbell's integration with both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa has been a game-changer. Whenever someone rings the doorbell, not only does the provided chime ring inside my house, but I also receive instant notifications on my connected devices. I can even answer the doorbell through a video call, adding an extra layer of convenience. Furthermore, both Google Home and Alexa devices announce when someone is at the door, which is incredibly useful when I'm not in immediate reach of my phone.However, it's worth noting that there is a slight delay of about 5 seconds from the moment the doorbell button is pressed to when the announcement is made on Google Home or Alexa devices. While this isn't a deal-breaker, it's something to keep in mind.Another impressive feature is the Qubo Doorbell's functionality during internet outages. Even when my internet connection is down, the provided chime still rings, ensuring I never miss a visitor. Although I can't control the doorbell through the app without an internet connection, the reliability of the chime is reassuring.Speaking of the chime, it's worth mentioning that it is quite loud, making it easy to hear regardless of where I am in my house.In conclusion, the Qubo Doorbell has proven to be a valuable addition to my smart home setup. Its combination of convenience, security features, and integration with popular smart home ecosystems like Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa make it a standout product. Despite the minor delay in announcements and the dependency on an internet connection for app control, the benefits far outweigh these limitations. I highly recommend the Qubo Doorbell to anyone looking to enhance their home security with smart technology.

Initial glitches but working fine later on:While the installation was carried out ok, when it was time to update the WiFi settings due to a change in the network at home, the doorbell tried to go in for an automatic system update of the software and lost WiFi connectivity in the process even though router/hotspot were right next to the doorbell. As a result, I was forced to do a factory reset of the doorbell, and this whole process went into an endless loop: Add doorbell to app - configure - auto system update - lose WiFi connectivity - go offline- do factory reset - Add doorbell (back to square one).There was no way to get the software updated other than an auto update once it was configured and added to the Qubo app. So this was a Catch-22 situation that the tech team could not resolve over the phone. Hence I had to request for a technician visit so that he could also confirm that no update was possible and then informed the product team to replace the item as it was still under warranty.The replacement arrived 10 days later and the next day the technician visited and re-installed the new bell. The bell has been working fine ever since, with no issues.In summary, the product was fine except for the software update glitch and the time/effort lost in getting a replacement. Hence awarding 4* instead of 5*.

Have been using this product for 2 months now. It has been a great experience. Installation service has also been seamless. Technician visited on time after product delivery without any follow-up. Some of the relevant features that I like a lot:1. Provides instant motion detection notification.2. Easy video call feature with 2 way talk, when someone rings the bell.3. Can have a look for live video.4. Can traverse the timeline for the events like motion detection and door bell ring.Only thing that I feel can improve is that, currently i can see the video of a person when the individual reaches in front of my door. It will be very helpful if range of camera can be improved a bit, and video of both left and right side range can be captured from our main door.
