Installed toner 4 months after purchase (waited for old toner to finish)Produced "leopard print" marks on print out.Seller immediately agreed to send a replacement.Impressed!

This product did not arrive in original packaging but I was assured it was a new product.Having stored it for a year before using since bought it in advance of needing it. It only prints left hand side of page despite putting printer on cleaning mode and removing and reinserting cartridge after following HP directions several times.Would give no stars if possible.

This review may not relate to this item anymore as my original order was from the 'the jolly savage' and now it is from amazon. I must have been looking for the best price for an original non-recycled cartridge and accidentally selected this one.I have a colour laser with 4 cartridges but my main printing was always monochrome.Whenever I replaced the black cartridge I automatically ordered a new cartridge ready to replace when necessary.After purchasing this item my printing dropped significantly so I have just installed this cartridge even though it was purchased in 2016.The printing is readable but with a smudge 5cm from the right margin that that affects the page from top to bottom.It has only appeared since replaceing the black cartrige and only affects the black output.Having read other reviews and carefully reading the item description I spotted this "Recycle HP Original Cartridges for free with HP's Planet Partners programme - 100 percent of Original HP Toner Cartridges contain recycled content" which I can't see being a comment from HP. but you never know.

HP toner cartridges are head and shoulders the best toner cartridges I've found. I've tried the re-manufactured or white labelled cartridges before but always end up coming back to the genuine toner carts. They always print more sheets that HP advertise and there is never any mess when opening them up and inserting them into the printer, or removing them.

I bought a full set of four cartridges together from this supplier. Well packed together (as requested) and arrived promptly. Genuine HP new original as advertised. The black is the only one in use so far, a bit left in the colours still. Is working fine.

Yes it works, but you are advertising it as the real thing, including HP box cover, but this is not rue it came in a re-manufactured box.Yes, its cheap, so what should I expectIt prints, but also uses too much ink and hence printer will not clean properly and leaves a ghost image on every page printed.Would I buy again, no I would pay more money for the real thing, but I think I was misled with the way it was both shown and described

The cartridge arrived in a well packed HP box. As expected, they fitted fine and worked straight out of the box. Only reason for 4 star is that they are a little expensive.

There is not a lot to write here except that it's an HP Original - I don't use 'compatible' ink for any of my printers. This purchase represented excellent value and delivery was prompt. HP give a return slip to enable correct recycling of the old cartridge
