Where to get a replacement shaft?

We currently have 18 inch replacement shaft and 10 inch whisk attachment avaliable. The VONCI 350W/500W/750W power motors are compatible.

How can we get the blender to run continuously?

Make sure the on-off button is in the depressed position, press and hold the locking button for more than 2S, then release the on-off button, the blender will function continuously.
