I literally swear by these Sweet potatoes Glass noodles ever since I have discovered them. They are a great gluten-free alternative, and I have now swapped my usual rice and wheat noodles for these. The price is a bit above what I would have liked, but the quality is there.

Bought these to try and recreate some of the great Korean food I've had in restaurants and I was impressed by both the flavour and texture. They turned out brilliantly.My girlfriend is also gluten intolerant and had no reactions whatsoever. There shouldn't be any gluten in the products, but it's nice to have verification for those with stronger allergies.

Bought this for healthier alternative of carbohydrates, low in calories, easy to cook. Lovely texture, you can control it to be more soft by boiling it for longer. it is quite flavourless itself, which make it great as it will just match with everything

LOVE THEM! I’m on the AIP Diet so nice to have something stodgy and fast to cook and still relatively healthy. DEFINITELY recommend you those on AIP Diet.A little goes a long way. Cut up the noodles as I didn’t know I could do this and made way too much on the first batch.
