I love the vegan formula! The regular formula gave me some intense acne, even some cystic deep acne- I am not normally acne prone and can use just about anything on my skin (I am a licensed Esthetician) I switched to the vegan and have had 0 skin issues. I have been taking Nutrafol consistently for 5 months now and my shedding has almost stopped. 10/10 would recommend and be consistent. I am on a GLP1 and this has been a savior.

What an improvement my nail and have have showed while Taking these. This is the best my nails have looked in my life at the age of 80. I have taken other kinds of nail and hair vitamins for many years with some benefit, but this brand does double results.

My hair has been thinning since May 2025. By August 2025 it was falling out in masses. I first started taking this in September 2025 and by the end of October I had baby growth on my bald spots. I was also taking other supplements and using expensive shampoo and conditioner, so i wasn't sure this was the thing helping. I stopped taking it in April 2026. It's now May 2026 and I'm about to reorder bc my hair has started falling out in masses again. I was a non believer, but now I'm pretty sure it actually did make a difference. Don't let your impatience get the best of you. Keep taking it for at least 6 months and then assess how your progress is.

No taste. Easily digestible and does appear to work!

I’m on my 10th bottle, and I honestly don’t know if this stuff really helps with hair growth. My Dr. said some of the b vitamins were at excessive levels and that the body cannot fully process them. I believe her because when I take a full dose, my urine is neon yellow. I’m told that indicates that my body couldn’t fully process all of the B vits, and a portion of these expensive pills quite literally went down toilet. She recommended I cut the dosage in half. I don’t know why I keep taking them, but they certainly can’t hurt. I definitely think they give me a little extra boost and help with my mental health.

I gave Nutrafol several months to work, taking it consistently and following the recommended dosage, but I can’t say I noticed any meaningful improvement. My shedding didn’t change and my hair density looked the same. I do appreciate that the ingredients are clean and the formula is well‑reviewed, but for the price, I expected to see at least some progress. It just didn’t deliver results for me personally.

Being in premenopause has taken a toll on my hair and nails. Nothing worked before. Now after taking these, my hair and nails looks amazing. I see growth in my thinning hair. No more hair loss like before. And my nails are growing so long and strong. However, I didn't see the results right away, I start seeing a difference after my third refill. So worth it though!
