What is the height of the top bar of the 20 inch bike? The manual says " There should be 1-3 inches between the crotch and the top tube of the frame.

Hi there! The standover height (the distance from the ground to the top of the tube) of the JLR X 20" Kids Bike is about 22 inches. For a sloped/curved tube, the height at the midlength of the tube is used, and that's where the 1-3 inches of clearance between the crotch and the top tube is recommended. We hope this helps. Is this a Fixed gear type bike?

The hole in the handlebar under the grips is roo small to add streamers. Will a small drill to slightly widen it damage the handlebar?

Hi there! The Jetson Light Rider Kids' Bikes do not have different gears, so there is no set speed you can achieve with the JLR Kids Bike. They are pedal bikes that you can brake on the handlebars (V-brakes), and you can also brake by pedaling backwards.
