Awesome find!!
Saw these when I was at work and thought they would would perfectly to hold the small apartment parking tag that my complex needs to be able to see inside my car. Since my SUV's mirror area is to large for it to hold and I didn't want the tag to slide all over while I 'm driving this was the PERFECT FIX!!

Great for holding parking permits on your vehicle windshield
I use these business card pockets for a slightly unusual purpose: my wife and I work at the same university campus and so we use one carpool parking permit between us. But we have two vehicles, and sometimes want to bring our second vehicle to work. Instead of trying to hang the permit on the rearview mirror or just sit it on the dash, these pockets are the perfect size to slip the permit into. The permit is then secured in place (we have received a citation for our permit slipping out of view, believe it or not) but can be easily transferred from one vehicle to the other. And, of course, I also use the pocket for other parking passes at state parks, etc.I was a little worried about the reliability of the adhesive and the plastic in the extreme summer heat of California's central valley, but these hold up just fine - I have never had to replace a permit pocket due to the sun. Now, a couple of months ago, I had to replace the windshield on one of the vehicles, so I needed more permit pockets (I give these away to friends) and decided to try the Avery brand based on others' reviews. What a bad decision. The Avery brand pockets are ever so slightly smaller than the Cardinals, so our parking permit is very difficult to get into the pocket. The plastic has also warped in the sun, so it's now impossible to get the parking permit in there. So I'm ordering new Cardinal parking permit pockets and will stick with what I know!

Difficulty getting card out
I had to cut a curved shape into the plastic to get my card out. It served it's purpose until I found some that the front cover left part of the card exposed for easier access.

Easy way to orgainize all those little cards.
You make an appointmet and you get a business card. It goes into your planner, with the others, and they all fall out into a mess. Or, your planner has too many paper clips to be useful.Stick these to the inside of your datebook's cover. Now you have all the info, on the card and the date of your next appointment. Each pocket can hold about 3 cards.

Looks professional while it lasts
So being a certifiable nerd, I go through lab books like there is no tomorrow. Every time I get a new one, I have to go through all the trouble of taping a business card to it and inevitably making it look like a kinder dropout stole some scotch tape. When I first got these card holders, I thought it was great! They look good and a few fellow lab nerds even asked where to get them. Unfortunately, a few times in and out of my bag and the top cover ripped right off. Nice! I would take the blame for it. I do tend to be hard on the equipment. However, all the other nerds did the same things even the nice, gentle, feminine nerds.

So far I really like these business card holders
So far I really like these business card holders. They are thick and sturdy, but perfectly clear so you can read your card. They seem to be sticking well also.

Perfect for labeling plastic storage bins
Perfect for labeling plastic storage bins!!!! I have used these for years and LOVE them. It is also a great way to use up old business cards -- I just turn them over and write my label on the backside.
