LOVE LOVE LOVE
I bought this when i had a series of surgeries where I was going to have to be in a medical boot. Easy to get arm or leg or combo workout Phone stand works best if you don’t have a wallet on your phone but doable even if you have the wallet, though i do have a small phone. Really well made - they grease the parts well so there is no squeaking, the parts all fit together really well. It’s also really low profile for an exercise bike/ elliptical. And the seat is smooth and easy to adjust The resistance could be hard to adjust if you have very arthritic hands Machine is very safe (i don’t worry when my 4’ y old climbs around on it) Pedals wide enough for a medical boot but machine also safe enough to use without shoes if you were so inclined It is a lot to put together. The instruction manual deserves 3* at best; but the machine is largely intuitive to build and the parts are labeled Left and Right and fit together so well. I relied a lot on looking at the pictures on amazon and was able to build by myself but it took about 3 hours

Recumbent
The recumbent itself is great but the assembly was done by a third party. The young people that put it together put it together wrong and the customer (me) was left with no way to contact them to come back and fix it. Amazon was great about refunding the “assembly charge” but it took a long time. And, then I had to find someone else to reassemble the recumbent. It is being used in home for Cardiac Rehab and is a good machine.

Good bike!
Assembly- requires knowledge of hardware. Keep all the parts in the labeled packages. We forgot the plastic covers for 2 of the joints, but it works without them! Bike is smooth, quiet and worked well for rehabbing a recent surgery. Adjustable seat and good foot pads. Not using the monitor but it works.

Simple and effective
Simple and effective. It was fun to build, but I am a mechanical engineer. Child’s play for me. I used my own tools, because they ones they give you are barely minimal. Just follow the video closely, and you should have no problems. I suggest assembling without the foot straps. They just seem to get in the way, and I found no fun way to use them for exercise. Being able to sit down, it takes all the pressure off my knees, so I can pedal a long time and work up a good sweat regularly. I like that this machine is pretty easy to move around, and has a fairly narrow profile.

Excellent for the price.
I used a much more upscale machine during my cardiac rehab and wanted one like it at home that didn't cost $12,000 so I could split exercise time between it and our treadmill. I wanted to spend less than $1,000 and after reading reviews and looking locally selected this one. After nearly five weeks, using it 4-5 times a week I am very pleased with it. It went together fairly easily. The assembly instructions were overall very good. The hardware package was exceptional as each assembly step was packaged and labeled separately on a large card. Three small boxes held other larger components that were also labeled. Right and Left handed parts were labeled. The only things I would note on assembly is that the diagrams in the directions are small and I had to blow them up with my phone. I found the bolts and washers that hold the stem to the frame that the monitor sets on loose in the bottom of the shipping container for some reason. Someone should have reminded me that just like a bicycle, the pedals have one bolt that is reverse threaded (the left). I wasted some time trying to thread it on the wrong way. Besides that the only really tricky part was attaching the cable that adjusts the tension settings. This is the only place where the instructions could have been clearer. They include tools to assemble and I mostly used them, though I did use a crescent wrench and a channel locks pliers. If you don't have these the included tools work well enough. Beyond these things the monitor is battery powered. As soon as you begin pedaling it comes to life. I'm waiting to see how long the AA batteries that are included last. I am very pleased so far and I am using it regularly. It has relieved the monotony of time spent only on the treadmill. The advantage of this over a recumbent bike is that the load can be shared by both arms and legs. AT times I rest my legs and let the arms do all the work. It seems well constructed and fit together without any real issues. So far, so good. I like it a lot.

Exactly what I wanted!!
I gave this 5 stars and I hope to get lots of use on this machine. I purchased this machine because we live in a very rural area, over 30 miles to the nearest gym. I am (trying) to recover from a couple of injuries and traveling to PT 3 times a week just isn't enough. Plan your space-this is a large machine so you will need a bit of floor space for placement. It weights a ton!! We had to unbox in the drive and carry in the pieces because my husband and I weren't able to manage the package (we are on the older side). It's not easy to move around, so make sure you assemble right where you want it. It took a couple of hours to assemble, the directions are detailed and concise and illustrations are provided. If you are not good at following directions, you will have problems with assembly. I purchased the model with cable tension (not the electromagnetic) because I wanted a quiet workout. It is absolutely the quietest thing ever...I was so surprised at how smooth this machine is. It is easy (and safe) to get on and off (a big plus for older folks) and the velcro straps are perfect for keeping feet in place while pedaling (if you need that feature). The seat adjusts easily, it's very comfortable to sit on for the duration of your workout. It is a very stable ride. The machine is rated for 300 Lbs and since we are no where near that mark, I can't say how secure a very heavy rider might feel on the machine but by the looks of it, I think it would work very well. The tension adjustment range is just fine for us. The computer is probably more than I need. It automatically shows all that I care about, so I didn't bother to read up on how to customize. So far, I am very happy with this machine, it is perfect if you have the floor space and an excellent choice for older adults who may have some mobility limitations. I am so glad that I didn't select a less expensive, fold-up model.

Perfect low-impact bike for my mom!
I bought this for my mom, and it has been a fantastic addition to her daily routine. If you are looking for a comfortable, low-impact workout, here is our experience so far: Pros: • Comfort & Accessibility: The recumbent design and padded backrest make it very easy on her lower back. The step-through frame is a huge plus because she doesn't have to lift her leg high to get on and off. • Whisper Quiet: The magnetic resistance is virtually silent. She can easily watch TV or listen to music while riding without having to turn the volume way up. • Sturdiness: Once put together, the bike feels very stable and doesn't rock or wobble while she pedals. Things to Keep in Mind: • Assembly: It took me about an hour to put together and the instructions were clear. • Footprint: It does take up a bit of floor space, so be sure to measure your room before buying. Overall, this is a high-quality, sturdy piece of equipment that provides a safe and effective workout at home. Highly recommend!

Challenging assembly, poor instructions, questionable reliability
If I had known the assembly was so challenging, I would not have bought the product... I am a retired engineer and have assembled everything from bikes to furniture and done basic car maintenance jobs - but this bike assembly, with a poor set of instructions- the assembly instructions were not in the bike package, but I had to download them from the manufacturer's website. Anyway, the bike is assembled and seems to work... but with several parts, a bolt and nut not in the final assembly. Now I am wondering if my bike pedals will also fall off, a common complaint in the reviews. Amazon should have indicated somewhere that the assembly is challenging and that assembly documentation is quite difficult. I am trying to figure out how to get rid of it... such as giving it away since I am not convinced that it will last for 3-5 years, which I would hope a good exercise bike would last.

Sturdy and safe recumbent bike
Great machine. Took about 3hrs for me to put together on my own (62yr old female). All components including the spanner’s etc were complete and well set out on a card and diagrams in instructions. When all set up it did have a squeak, but after reading other reviews I tightened all screws and bolts and no noise at all. Very smooth movement with very little noise. All in all I am very happy with this machine, it does me brilliantly and I am using the Sunny app for workouts which I am starting as a beginner and working through them all, the app takes into account your height and weight and calculates exact calories used etc at the end of the workout. I would recommend this machine, it is very comfortable to use as it is a recumbent and safer for backs or for people with health problems trying to do a bit of aerobic movement.

Super Preis / Leistungsverzeichnis
Sehr gutes und leises Gerät.Preis Leistungsverzeichnis passt.Wartezeit war statt 6 Monate dann doch nur 3 Monate.Das Warten hat sich aber definitiv gelohnt, weil ich in der Preisklasse für Ganzkörpertraining nichts Vergleichbares gefunden habe.
