Too early to say, however
As a vine reviewer we have to maintain timely reviews to stay in the program, and after just a few days taking this, so far I have had no obvious signs of a change of mood or sleep improvement. However I need to be clear that I am starting in a pretty good mood anyhow (aside from international conflict concerns). This product certainly claims a long list of impressive ingredients and these include the one listed below. However while the list is long and impressive and the price of the product re assuringly expensive and apparently well made, we see no sign of the Organic, or a 3rd party batch testing certificate and neither do we see GMP tested certificate either. We simply have to trust what the packaging and sales information states. It does say "Forbes best science driven supplement" so naturally I went to the official Forbes web site to check. Regrettably I could find nothing to confirm the statement. I am not suggesting however there is any wrong doing here, but the a link to verify the claim would be very much appreciated for customers spending £30 for a 1 month supply of what "appears" to be a highly effective therapeutic supplement.Of course after taking the month supply, I shall update the review to reflect any changes, but for now I remain confident the product is good, and easy to take albeit a little pricy for some people. If given my highlighted concerns of certification were addressed an extra star may be possible.Below are the ingredients and the potential to support various aspects of mood etc .Magnesium Citrate, brain function, muscle relaxation, and nerve transmission.Turmeric Extract: antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.Acerola Cherry Extract: Rich in vitamin C, supports immune function.Passionflower Powder: Calming herb that can reduce anxiety and promote sleep.Saffron Extract: Antidepressant and anti-anxiety properties.Lavender Powder: Calming and relaxing properties.Oregano Leaf Extract: Antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.Zinc Citrate: Cognitive function and immune health.Bamboo Powder: Source of silica, for hair, skin, and nails.Selenium: protects cells.Vitamins B6, B12, D3, and Folate: brain health and cognitive function.BioPerine: Enhances the absorption of other nutrients.

Subtle but effective difference
I think it is always difficult to evaluate products like these and am reluctant to do so until I have given the product a reasonable period of time. I have had these capsules for around 1 month and must admit to not having taken them every day, due to a intervening period of illness. However, on consideration of how I felt when I was taking them regularly, I must admit to noticing a subtle difference. It is hard to put exactly into words what that difference was and I don't want to mislead anyone, but I did notice a slight improvement in my mental acuity and general mental agility. I have suffered with brain fog and what seems like an increasingly bad memory since having covid in 2020 and that has been a cause of frustration. While taking these capsules, I noticed what seemed like an improvement in memory and general sense of being a bit sharper mentally. It was noticeable in social situations, where I found I was less likely to forget words and I seemed to have slightly better recall on matters for discussion. I suppose a good way to sum it up would be to say, I felt a bit more 'with it' when taking the capsules compared to before doing so. A bad dose of flu led me to stop taking them but I have resumed now that I am getting over it. There may be a placebo effect when taking any medicines that suggest improvements, but I do feel that there may be something to these capsules and will continue to take them for a while to see what further improvements I may experience and if so, will update this review accordingly. In conclusion, the only way to find out if products like this work is to try them and give them a reasonable period of time. As everyone's metabolism is different, they may work for some and not for others.

May have been my error
This didn't really do much for me. It is beautifully packaged but I'm not sure if I needed this version or the one for energy level so the error may have been mine in ordering the wrong one!

Fairly good results but there may be alternatives
Considering the ingredients here and my experience with them I would expect this supplement to have an effect, and it does. In fact, it’s not a bad effect at all, and may have the edge over some other supplements of the ilk I’ve taken. One capsule has an effect but obviously two has a stronger one, but I find that usually one is sufficient for me, and tend to notice results fairly quickly after taking it. Also, it’s not a supplement I need to take every day (only occasionally) so I should get a reasonable use out of it.The question I have to ask myself is would I buy this or try to get similar results from certain fresh herbs and the like. I appreciate the scientific formulation, but apart from perhaps the bamboo powder, most of the ingredients (including the saffron and nutrients) are fairly easily obtainable elsewhere with a little shopping around and a healthy diet. The question is how important is this mixture, and how important is the targeting over conventional uses of these ingredients? In other words, will there be a sufficient advantage taking it? The extraction ratios for the saffron and oregano leaf are good, the black pepper is a useful addition (especially to enhance the turmeric), and the acerola cherry is a naturally-derived source of vitamin C, so the supplement has its merits. However, looking at the percentages of the main herbal ingredients, they’re not particularly high (but must still be sufficient), and the vitamin D3 preparation contains some additives (so it’s up to the buyer whether they want this or not, but it isn’t any different to many other supplements of the type).Considering the status of the product I would maybe like to see certain certifications that tend to be present on other UK supplements, but for whatever reason are absent from this one.The capsules have an aftertaste, but it's fairly pleasant and well within the bounds of acceptability. To conclude, I would say the product does have an effect, and a fairly reasonable one at that, but considering what I’ve mentioned above I would have to think a little more about whether I want to get it again or explore alternatives, especially with the normal price being around £40.
