I recently got hit with some awful pain in the arch of my right foot. Nothing seemed to be helping,and I was getting worried I’d start causing issues with my ankle and achiles tendon from trying to work around the pain while walking. I slid this on and within seconds the relief came,I’m able to walk normally around the house now. It can get a bit tight around the top of your foot, so I do recommend slipping it toward your toes to give your foot a rest if you’re just sitting around. Also the pain did return a bit the following morning when I tried to test walking around without this. But I slid it back on and instantly felt relief. Definitely recommend this to anyone experiencing similar foot pains.

I have had flat feet for over 30 years now, and this is BY FAR the best solution for those times you do not want or can wear orthotics for the support! I put them on once showered and relaxed at home, needing nothing more for support with these, and they are so comfortable I sleep with them on and keep them on until I intil I get dressed the next day... some days closer to noon and I forget to take them off! Not sure how well they will hold up, but if they start to stretch out... I will just put them over socks! I just love them and will be buying a couple more! Very Very worth the try!

It felt weird at first, after 15 mins it was okay. After my first outing of about an hour of grocery shopping with them, I felt a better balance in my step, and didn't experience leg cramps afterwards. You can tell you are wearing but they help in the long run. I tried to work an 8 hr shift in them but removed them after 4 hours. I started to walk with a limp. I still recommend and wear them for an hour or so outings, and enjoy them.

I had hoped these would give needed relief but didn't. If I wear them around the house without shoes they do give some support but if I wear them with a shoe the has a bit of an arch support they are uncomfortable. They are ok to wear with flip flops.

I ordered these bc I have bone spurs on my left foot. One is really bug & goes from top of my foot thru to the arch on bottom. It makes my arch feel like it's got a charlie horse & have been looking for some relief. My Ortho doc ordered me the otho supports that git in ur shoe, but when I went to pock them up they were $250.00 that I cld not afford. I saw these advertised & thought might be a good compromise. Unfortunately, they didn't work for me. They were very hard to get on since u cant adjust the size & definitely didn't help the cramping...actually made it worse. May be good for some problems, but not for my situation.

Who knew foot relief could come in the form of an elastic band with a gel in the middle!!! I have been wearing these for about two weeks. The difference is absolutely amazing. I'm able to wear them with sneakers or sandals. I can wear them all day, or just a few hours at a time. I have fallen arches and as a kid in middle school, the only option for me was hideous, thick blue orthopedic shoes. They were heavy, clumsy and not comfortable at all Thank goodness for an invention like this, because you these have made my feet feel so much better! The best part is these are so affordable! I highly recommend! Thank you

This is my first time to try a copper arch support and it’s been very helpful so far. I recently feel the symptoms of plantar fasciitis and I need to wear orthotics in all my shoes. But the problem is orthotics do not fit in all of my shoes and I cannot wear that them with open sandals. So when I saw this I read all the reviews and I thought I will give it a try. It is very easy to put on and it fits nicely when I’m wearing sandals or shoes. I tested it, walk for half an hour and I did not feel any pain. I’m happy with this purchase.

Achey feet. If you suffer from foot problems you know what works for one may not work for others. That is the problem with these. They are very tight. I have used this type of product in the past and never had an issue with the fit. But these are tight .. The hurt the top of my foot as well as put too much pressure on the bottom. I will keep them and use them on days when I am resting and icing my feet.
