Women of color with 3b hair don’t look for this product to straighten your hair silky straight. It won’t do that. You will still need your flat iron. So if you’re expecting that, this is not the product for you. What it will do is make your hair look like you blow dried it out with a brush and blow dryer. If you have long thick, 3b curly hair, I strongly recommend this product. It cuts your drying time in half and it doesn't burn like a blow dryer. Also, it doesn't take out your hair. The reason I give it a 4 is it is large in size. For my little hands it was a bit of a pain. But other than that this is fantastic!

I bought this Koovon hairdryer brush with some serious doubts, but now that I’ve used one, I’m sold! I have arthritis in my back and wrists. I’m in my late 30s and it’s so hard to bend back with my arms over my head trying to dry the back of my hair. By the time I’m done shampooing, drying my hair is the last thing I want to do. I started going out with wet hair, which is not my style!This dryer brush has changed my whole outlook! I can use this dryer/styler on towel dried hair and it takes no time or strength at all. My hair is fine so I don’t even really have to part my hair into sections for it to work. So much easier and less painful or time consuming. I’m so glad it lives up to the positive ratings!

LOVE THIS! I have very thick hair that gets partially curly, partially wavy, and all frizzy. When it's long the waves look nice, but I recently had to cut it short because my ends were dead from overdying and styling. My hair is in a ponytail most of the time because I hate blow drying it but I never have the time to let it air dry and then straighten it. Blow drying it and straightening it took a good 45 mins-an hour. However this brush took me 10 or 15 minutes tops, first time using it today. I was worried from other reviews that I would have to go back with a straightener and touch it up, but it came out great with the dryer alone! I'm very pleased and may actually do my hair more often now.First two pics are hair dried naturally before and after brushing (still a little damp so you can't appreciate the level of frizz it gets to). Then picture is after washing, using a heat protecting balm, and simply drying with the brush. Its big but I still had no difficulty holding it and using it. I do have large hands though, someone with small hands might have more difficulty.

I love this tool! This works on thick, natural hair. I'm a cosmetologist (that specializes in natural hair) and this cuts the drying time by 60%. I tried it on myself first and my hair was dry in 10 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Hair wash day is rough for me because the length and thickness of my hair. I usually have to take breaks because its hard on my back and I get tired. But not any more. The hardest part about wash day is not a problem anymore. Now I use it on my clients! They're all wanting to order the dryer brush. Plus, it is very easy to use and manipulate through the hair.

Wow!!! I've been natural since 2011 and had so many hair disasters along the way. I paid for many years to get my own hair done because I just didn't know how to handle it and it was a pain to take care of. Having 3 textures of curly, coily hair on my head it can be a real battle. My hair finally started to get healthy after many set backs and after reading about this One Step Dryer I was curious. I'm the kind of person that was as quick and easy with my hair. After making sure I put plenty of heat protectant on my hair I began to blow dry one section at a time. I was totally shocked! The attached comb made it very easy to go through my hair. It even helped to detangle as I went along. At first I wasn't sure of the heat setting but found my hair does well on high-low heat. Enough passes till It's straight then I finish with a cool bast of air to seal the cuticle.I am amazed to see my hair straight in so long! It's a wonderful surprise. I'm keeping my style for a couple of weeks then giving my hair a rest from heat till late spring. If I can use this on my tight curls you can too! Try it, you'll be glad you did.

I haven't been this excited about a hair product in a while! This thing is freakin' genius! I have long, thick, curly hair, which usually takes me a total of 2.5 hours from washing to straightening. This product though, cuts that time in half. Don't expect it to make your hair stick straight, unless your hair type is already mostly straight. But for curly girls, if you section your damp hair into 4, do a quick comb through first just to make sure the bristles don't snag and break, spray some heat protectant, then run this device through the sections, it makes the process 100x quicker. I owned one of those heated brushes that were big a year ago but I have officially retired that and just stick to this and my chi.

This hair dryer brush is EVERYTHING!!! OMG! It gives my 4C natural hair an excellent blowout straight finish! I added blow drying primer spray to my washed and conditioned hair before using and it made my hair straight and soft. Definitely would recommend this product.

The dryer is perfect, just what I was looking for. My daughter hair is thick and i was able to dry it faster than when I use a comb hair dryer. Only issue I have is that it gets hot in the middle close to the brush. Being that the handle is thick, I was getting small cramps in my hand.
