Is this gripper easy to hold and use, does it provide tough resistance in highest setting? Is it reliable, and can it increase strength and muscle?

I have been using the gripper 4+ times a week for almost a year now. It's easy to use and have a solid and nice grip. I have noticed my forearms getting both stronger and larger due to using this product. After increasing the resistance regularly I still have around 40% more to go before it's maxed out. I have tested it on max, and I can't close it even when using both hands.

Not particularly slippy at all, could be maybe be slippy if your hands are drenched in sweat. Easy to hold easy to use.

The fingers fit into grooves in one handle, and the palm handle has ridges that makes the grip very firm. The plastic is also not slippery at all.
