Lovely piece but poor Customer service
Bought this as a birthday present. Disappointed that on opening (packaging clearly undamaged) one of the glass bulbs was cracked (probably during packing). Further disappointed when I then got charged p&p for the return. I was going to reorder but am reconsidering now.
