I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas as a gift and ended up giving it to her early when she began to have cramps. She was pleasantly surprised, and I was skeptical as to how well it would warm up and how it would fit her. She is smaller in the waist and the band has a broad range adjustment so fitment was not an issue! Not only that, but it is very thin and flexible. She put it on under her hoodie and we went out shopping together with it plugged into a portable USB charger. 16750mah. And to her and my surprise it heated up nicely, and was not noticeable under her clothing. It definitly seemed to help with the cramps. So I would recommend :)

A wonderful product but it works a tiny bit too well. I think the heating technology is hard to fine tune since all products I have with this technology have settings that get too hot.Just remember to keep layers of cloth between you and the belt and don't wear turned on while sleeping.It really helps with pain.I wish it was slightly longer, but I bought a Velcro extender for another product that helps.

Bought this for my daughter who is at college and has basd menstrual cramps. Seemed to work good for awhile but then she said that one day it just quit working. She sent it home for me to look at but I couldnt find anything obviously wrong with it, but it didn't heat up anymore. It was nice while it lasted though.

I use it almost in an everyday bases to cope with my endometriosis pain. It is a different source of heat than from example the one of the electric blanket..Very useful!The cord should be longer cause if you want to plug it to a socket you must be literally stuck to it...

Works great! The only issue I have is the Velcro part that keeps the wrap secured. I’ve had this 7 months and it’s getting harder to get the Velcro to stick. This is because the lint from the material it sticks to gets stuck on the Velcro. If I can find a good way to remove the lint, like a really strong lint roller then it would work great again. I’d like to note that I use this every day, putting it on and taking it off many times during the day. So if you’re only using it periodically you probably wouldn’t have this issue until you’ve had it a lot longer.

Works well, would like it to be a little hotter but it's definitely hot enough to relieve cramps for the average user. The different heat settings and timers are easy to use, plus you can use it with a USB battery pack. You can definitely get away with wearing this under baggy clothing outside. I have a 25/26 inch waist and I'd say it fits me perfectly, so anyone larger should be careful.

Disappointed to have a defective itemI received the item which looks open box as there is no paper box case and the plastic case is very dirty & dusty with black spots, scratches, some holes and teared off.The more disappointing is the USB cable is damaged (crushed and dented) so that it is not connected to usb port.I can't even use it due to defective USB which should be attached to the belt.Very frustrating.What a disappointment.

I really like this I use it at work and it helps. I have a hernia that I am waiting on for surgery and this helps.
