This oil is good for traditional Ayurvedic oil pulling in the morning, maintaining its flavor and consistency over many minutes. The bottle is very small, so it is not great value for money, but then again you only need to use a small amount so it lasts a pretty long time. My first one arrived leaking, so be careful when opening the package!

I got spearmint flavour as I hate the taste of coconut oil, but it seems like it made it worse. Testes disgusting to me, had to bin it, such a waste. I tried different brands and they did not taste so bad.

I've used this twice, flavour is honestly not bad. It's got a very minty taste to it so in terms of breath i reckon it can help if that's what you want it for, as for a whitening solution i honestly didn't see many results. There's not really guaranteed whitening mouthwashes out there in my opinion. I'd say not really worth the cost because the bottle is quite small and can finish in maybe a week or longer. It might be something you need to regularly buy but i don't see a benefit to it.

Started oil pulling using this, one teaspoon a day first thing in the morning. Have found it to be a pleasant mild minty taste and I am sure it has helped enormously with my bleeding gums. Was using Corsodyl as recommended by dentist for years, but gum health is suddenly much improved. Started using Splat flouride free toothpaste at the same time and wishing to open and honest this may also have helped. The stains on my teeth are definitely better.

No es fácil acostumbrarse al sabor. Blanquea los dientes desde el primer día. Y al parecer el aceite de coco es muy bueno para los dientes, así que ya voy por el segundo bote.

Kann dieses Öl nur empfehlen, da es gut schmeckt und die Qualität 1a ist. Einige die ich getestet habe kommen da nicht ran.

Really like this product - other comments say is a small.bottle but I note a little goes a long way you only need half a cap full - and the ingredients are A1 so thumbs up for me

This is about as expensive as perfume. Not sure what’s that wonderful about it. You only get about two weeks out of it, (less, probably, if you were to do two teaspoons at a time like it suggests)(it says 1-2), and it’s weird trying to swish with an oily substance. I thought at that price you’d be mixing with water or something, but nope. If you’re into it, that’s fine, but I won’t buy it again. It has a very faint, natural minty flavor, in case you’re wondering. Swishing for 5- 20 minutes seems impossible. : D
