Skar Audio 1/0 or 4 Gauge in-line ANL Fuse Holder with 150 Amp Fuse

It’s awesome, solid connections for running 0 gauge wire. No issues after using for months! Might upgrade to using 0 gauge wire ferrules to use with this but for now everything is working well.

Used this for my Big 3 upgrade and amplifier power wire and it worked perfectly. The terminals clamp down securely on 1/0 or 4-gauge wire and the fuse holder itself feels solid and well built. Installation was straightforward and it gives good peace of mind having proper circuit protection close to the battery. Overall a great option for car audio installs. Fits perfectly, looks great and the included fuse is of good quality! Worth the money!!

Seems to be a pretty good quality product. The cover is made of study plastic that seems like it will not break after a couple of uses like some others. I like the way the screws that clamp the wire are large and have a bit of serration to hold the wire firm. It would be nice however if both the wire clamps were on the same side. It does make tightening one of them a pain if the holder is vertical. One is on top and the other is on the bottom. Makes the second one hard to tighten if space is limited. Overall it will do the job nicely.

I used this inline ANL fuse holder on my car audio power run and it did exactly what I needed. The build feels sturdy, the included 150A ANL fuse got me up and running immediately, and it was easy to mount and service later. I’m running [4 gauge / 1/0 gauge] and the holder clamped down securely with no wiggle. The protective cover is a nice touch to keep everything insulated and looking clean. Overall it’s a simple part, but it’s one of those “do it once, do it right” items for a safer install. I think this item is great. It's a little larger than I expected, also does not look like it would survive A LOT of water, but should hold up if you placed it correctly for a radiator blow or driving in the rain. However I wish it would just come with like a stack of a selection of short circuit fuses as even the lowest 150 seems a bit high for normal applications. Just my 2 cents on it after speaking with an electrician about what size I should use. Would just be nice to see them include some regular options. Good value, looks great, installation could be done by anyone with a Allen key, but would recommend a professional if you don't know what your doing. Durability seems good. We'll see how it likes the engine compartment. Skar is a great brand of you can't afford name brand of high quality items. They are a great place to start and I have used their equipment on multiple vehicles and they have stood the rest of time in my opinion and I would recommend this product and the line of products to anyone looking to get their foot in the door.
