Can't recommend this enough!
I suffer from frequent cold sores if I am offside, stressed or run down so dedided to give this a go after someone else recommeded it. All I can say is it works, I have far less attacks than I used to have. Started off using it every night but soon fell out of the habit as you do. However I have found that if you use as soon as one starts to appear or you get that 'tingle' then this stuf stops it in its tracks. Wouldn't be without it now and always have a tube in my bag. I don't like the taste so just use this on the outside of my lips and that works great and it is not drying at all. Expensive but worth it!
