I am 4.9/4.10 feet tall and would like to know if I put this chair at it's lowest will my feet be able to reach the ground flat?

I’m 6ft 3. My feet do touch the floor and you can adjust the height but I’m more concerned about the sitting position. For me, both with and without height adjustment, back adjustment and swing back or forward, it puts a LOT of pressure on my coccyx and frankly it really hurts to sit for any length of time.

My chair is out of warranty, is there any way to buy new wheels, because it broke recently? Thanks
