Do we take out the little bags inside the bottle ?

Dear Valued Customer, Thanks for your question. Kindly know that the little carbon bag inside the bottle is made from coconut shells. The role of the bag is to eliminate odor. It doesn't matter if coconut shells are soaked in water. However, it is recommended that you take out the bag when using the bottle. I hope the information helps. Please feel free to contact us if you still have any further questions. Our customer service team can be reached directly via Amazon message. Best regards， Emma Customer Service Team Easy Healthcare Corporation

How to clean and disinfect between uses? Can’t use really hot water.

Please note that this device is not dishwasher safe. I hope this helps. Please reach out to us if we can be of further assistance. Regards, Heather Customer Service Team
