What is the distance between both screw holes? I need to match my previous vent thanks

380mm, is the distance from the centres of the screw holes. Hope this helps.

Where can I request a fitting guide

Fitting very easy to fit 1. Draw around vent in position to top pane of window unit. 2. Drill holes side by side between drawn vent guide as many as possible, using drill bit slightly smaller than vent size. 3. Then screw the internal adjustable vent in position on marked side of frame, then on the other side of frame screw external open vent to cover the holes drilled through unit.

Does this product contain both the external canopy as well as the internal vent?

Dear Customer, thank you for your message. This pack does contain both the internal and external canopies. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further inforamtion. Kind regards JC Plastics Ltd.

Are these supposed to be fitted to the window or window frame?
