Poor quality garlic used. The cloves and small and most are shrivelled. A handful of them aren’t even edible because they taste like dried wood.

The taste is good and acceptable. It's got the standard pungent smell similar to fresh garlic. Even though the texture of a few of its cloves was a bit wrinkled, it tasted ok. This is a beneficial product for heart health, and I take it in moderation.
