Solid purchase and excellent support. We bought this last Black Friday and it’s working well! This is loved by everyone in the house, including my parents who visit us and enjoy the massage. Love the auto programs, the clean construction. It’s built solidly and weighs quite a bit - so recommend getting it assembled where you finally want it as it’s not easy to move once set up. I also appreciate the electronics (Bluetooth, spa music etc) and control from my mobile. All in all, a good buy.

We search around from the website to find a massage chair to replace our old one, and found this chair. Besides the price, the zero gravity caught our attention also there are many different functions/features that make us want to try. We were hesitating whether or not to purchase massage chair again because heavy and hard to move. However, surprisingly it is easy to remove from the shipping box, put a dolly under it then move to inside our room by just two of us. We can’t wait to try it right away, it’s a little complicate than our old one but once you know how to use the control panel which makes very easy. It is very quiet compare to our old one. There are several auto programs that we find very useful and convenience or just select/adjust manually, also can saved programs to favor section for fast access in the future. A.I. care and Indian Yoga are my favorite. Currently we use the chair at least 1 to 2 times a day although still learning but so far we like it.

We ordered this for our son for his college graduation gift in 2023. He was a life long football player and wanted a massage chair badly after all the years of hits and tackles. I was skeptical to spend this much on something we couldn’t test in person but almost two years later, and A LOT of use by him (and family members) it is still working great. The only two reasons it did not get 5 stars is the foot massager does not ‘attach’. The leather zips together, it slides on and connects to motor, but if you get up wrong it can easily slide off to one side and has to be lifted and put back in place. Once you learn that trick you are good. The 2nd reason is the seat cushion has pretty much completely flatten out and back cushioning isn’t as comfortable as first was. If you plop down (especially if you don’t have your own ‘back cushion’) it is bit harder. But two minutes later you forget all about that. The only assembly was sliding leg attachment on, zipping together and down sides of bottom cushion, connect cords and ENJOY a slice of HEAVEN. It came in one giant box. It is large and very heavy so plan and measure for where it will go. Does not have to sit very far away from wall which is nice when reclined all the way back. It is deserving of 4.5 stars! Worth the price and no issues in two years (knocking on wood). Warning…. It will make you feel like a new person, you may fall asleep in it and you just might wake up finding someone snuck in to use it and fell asleep too. Lol

This is an excellent choice and reasonabale cost ($2,999.) of a quality high end massage chair. Delivered (with an extra $ 200. fee) to my front door on time; Delivery person was willing to help me get it into my front door rather than just leave it on the porch! It required more assembly than I expected, so I needed help from my neighbor to make sure I attached the foot rest correctly. My biggest disappointment is that it is a built to accommodate a large person (up to 6"2." and up to 280 lbs.) and I am only 5".5" and under 175 lbs. I tend to be not as snug as I would like to be during the massage; also I have short arms, so it is awkward for me to use the side arm airbag massager. But I am glad I purchased it. You are asked to keep the packaging material in case of a return within a year! This is cumbersome storage problem; and I'm not sure the packaging can be reused after the container has been opened and taken apart.

This chair stopped working mid-massage after a few months of light use. Completely unresponsive - a brick. After swapping power cords and outlets (plugged into a grounded outlet at all times, per instructions), I contacted Amazon who instructed me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked me to submit photos and videos as evidence of the claim - which I did. The manufacturer suggested I turn the power switch on (video showing the power switch on provided), and then ghosted. No response after weeks of followups. I reached back out to Amazon for help, and all they would do is tell me to contact the manufacturer and apologize for the inconvenience. Now I have a $3000 paperweight that can't even be safely moved because the chair is locked in a horizontal position. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - NEITHER AMAZON NOR THE MANUFACTURER WILL STAND BEHIND THIS PRODUCT BEYOND THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW.

Yes it’s heavy and yes measure your doors! It took 4 people to get it inside and carry it upstairs. But OMG was it worth it! I love this thing so much! My friends ask to come over to use it all the time! Everyone is in love with it! I would say if you weigh over 250 pounds maybe go with a different model. My dad and mom are both bigger people and yes the chair worked for them, but both couldn’t get their arms in side arm massages, while in the chair. I weigh 170 lbs and this thing is as if it was built for my body perfectly. I use it every single day. I have neuropathy in my neck from a car accident ten years ago. And this chair has helped me tremendously. ALSO IF YOU WANT IT TO DO YOUR NECK FLIP THE PILLOWS UP! I was Leary about getting this chair because of complaints about it not massaging neck enough. On the screen it will tell you to flip pillow up if want neck done. And omg does it massage neck. Sometimes I’m like ahhhh too much tooo much haha. After I use the chair I hang upside down at a 45 degree angle in my inversion table ($130), my neuropathy use to be a 8 or 9 and now it’s like a 1 or 2!!!

Purchased this after I realized how much I was spending at the chiropractor and on physical therapy for my various back and nerve pain issues. A massage chair is obviously ridiculously expensive and I can’t believe I did it, but I don’t regret it for a second. I use it while I’m watching TV at night and it not only makes my back feel better but I can actually feel my circulation being better… and my nerve pain is less… and it’s just such an indescribable positive feeling of doing something good for my health and wellbeing. The heat function is so comforting and the way it stretches in the Thai and Indian message modes is incredible. I chose this particular model/brand partially because of the color and design and it fits perfectly with my other furniture. It’s a huge hit and conversation piece for anyone who visits and I love that others can enjoy it too! This chair seems reasonably priced for what you are getting and if you can swing it you will be glad you did.
