Questionable
First phone came cracked and smudged. So had to reorder one which was very annoying. Second one the screen protector came very smudged so had to remove it. Customer service took 5 days to respond, and weren't helpful. The phone is nice, you get what you pay for and what is described. Hoping in the future they release a better Luna (higher storage and specs) as that would be great since 256GB isnt the most.

Stand out from the crowd
At first glance, this device is similar looking to the Nothing Phone 1, lets get that out of the way. Besides the LED's on the back, that's where the comparison ends. These are full RGB, custom colors, adjustable brightness, and just looks great. A feature I have not seen mentioned in the reviews I have watched on YouTube, is that there is an ambient mode. And what that does is similar to the Govee Immersion LED's for tv's. If you don't know what that is, basically, whatever is shown on your front display is mirrored on the back lights. If you are looking at a website with lots of greens, the lights are green, etc. I also like it shows an animation for notifications, calls, and charging. I do wish it had wireless charging, but I can live without it. The LED's bleed thru the phone and illuminate the case, which actually makes the front look lit up as well. The Luna is a tad on the heavier side, but its not a deal breaker. It has an IR sensor for using as a remote control which most phones do not, a headphone jack, and Infrared camera abilities. The infrared is impressive. I went into a pitch black room, and was able to see through the display perfectly. The screen is good indoors, but doesn't get super bright when in direct sunlight. The speakers are loud, but only one single firing from the bottom. I'm also able to just pop in my Verizon SIM and it just worked. No need to adjust any APN settings or any of that. I easily get 48 hours on a single charge. I do not play heavy demanding games, so i cant speak for that. But I have tried simple games, and no issues. It does come with a silicone case, and a self-healing screen protector already applied and a spare in the box. The fingerprint scanner works well and i haven't had any failures on that. The Luna has 2 programmable buttons as well. The price of this device for all it can do is justified. One last thing you would want to change in settings is to turn off APP Blocker. Its intention is to save battery, however it will stop apps. Which means notifications for that app as well. I use Nova Launcher and even though it was set as the default home, app blocker was killing it, and then i would have to reopen Nova. After disabling App Blocker, this is no longer an issue. In Summary, if you want a cool looking phone, with features you don't normally see in other devices, at a price point that isn't thru the roof, give the Luna a try. Thank you Unihertz for thinking outside the box.
