Best Compact Scooter Ever!!!
Great scooter... Very well constructed... Best scooter battery I have, as it charges quickly and lasts for a very long time... I've never gotten below 2 bars yet after long use... The speed is more than you need as you most likely won't go full throttle... The shipping time beat the Amazon window as I received one day before estimated date... Personally for me, I have a mobility disability and it's more of a need than a luxury and I'm so glad I bought this... I have many doctor appointments, with many at hospitals and its so easy to put the scooter in the trunk (extremely compact) and then jump on and ride to my doctor's office... Some of the offices are football fields away from the parking lots... I wish I knew about this years ago! In addition, the App works great and is a fun to use with all its features... Product is great and as advertised.

Excellent customer service
Product arrived late but not the seller's fault, and their customer service was OUTSTANDING. The suitcase itself seems good - it's a little smaller than I expected but just barely. The motor is surprisingly robust - I weigh 200 lbs and it carried me just fine. My children are stoked; they've been riding it around all over the house. We'll see how it holds up, but so far so good.

No issues with airport security check easily, fun and convenient
Not a lot of reviews on this item so I wanted to share my positive experience on the first trip. This luggage was fun to bring around, for both the parents and the kids. I passed the airport security check easily. To ensure everything goes smoothly, I removed the power bank from the luggage and put it in my bag, then lift the suitcase into the plane's carry-on storage bin. It’s a sleek design & a true game changer for travelers like me! It’s easy to operate and moves smoothly. I love that it’s not too loud. It goes pretty fast, but it can be adjusted through the app, which is very convenient. And the phone app is great tool to control it and to activate a security alarm in case you lost it or forgot it somewhere. Shipping was fast. It was shipped from California and arrived in 3 days. Faster than expected. The battery life is seems good so far. I saw that they sell separate battery packs at a reasonable price, so I am considering buying another backup battery for extended trips. It’s also fun riding around the house. Highly recommend it.

Make it lighter!!!
This is by far the best option for a suitcase scooter. It’s strong, feels safe, easy to pack, a smooth ride… all the right things except when I tried to take it on a plane they wouldn’t let me bring it on board and it had to be checked at the gate. Very disappointing. It’s “too heavy” to be carry on baggage for most airlines.

Not recommended. It died after the warranty period was over.
Mine completely stopped working for no reason. I had it for a little over a year. I never brought it traveling because it can’t really hold much. My kids ride on it in the garage for fun, and one day it just stopped working. The battery is showing 100% but it doesn’t respond at all. It won’t fold back in either.

It's fun! :D Feel like a kid again!
One word: Fun! This carry-on will bring a smile to your face. It has some pep. Quick and big enough for an efficient packer. The ride is surprisingly comfortable. The drivetrain feels solid. Easy to drive and even includes Bluetooth functionality. Supports iOS and Droid. - Allows control over the logo lighting. Various settings like color and different lighting modes. - Allows you to adjust the speed of the drivetrain. - Lets you drive the luggage remotely. - Includes control over a proximity alarm. - Speed, odometer, runtime. The internal packing dimensions are about 12” x 11”x 8” It also has also has a bit more room on either side of the ride bar. It has a sleeve for a laptop or iPad. You can fit up to a 15” Macbook Pro without a case. It also has some nice clips on the inside of the door for easy access for the laptop/keeping the door from falling open from the weight of the laptop. Also includes a small cushion to make it extra comfortable. Overall it’s really cool! Makes you want to have more time travelling between terminals, or just out and about putting about. Feel like a kid again at a go-kart track! Notes: - Wish it was USB-C. - Be careful when taking quick turns. (High center of gravity.) - Be mindful over very bumpy terrain. (The battery may disconnect.) Manufacturer should add a clip to keep it in place. - Drive carefully. It’s quick. - I wish it could follow me via the app.

UPDATED - 5 STARS - Left Brake Lever Did Not Work, Received Replacement
(April 24, 2024) I can’t say enough positive things about this product and seller!! 1. Seller responded quickly with troubleshooting techniques to fix the brake lever. I was able to follow their instructions to troubleshoot, but the problem was still there. The seller then immediately sent us a replacement, even though we were not able to send the original suitcase back for a few days. 2. We received the new suitcase and it works perfectly! I attached a video of the remote control function-which is super cool! I would include some of our son riding it around, but can only attach one video. 3. We receive at least 10 compliments each time we go to the airport and people see our son riding much faster than we can walk to keep up! They all ask what it is, and where they can find one and we, of course, tell them the brand so they can search for it later. 4. As an adult, I can easily ride it as fast as my son can. The battery last a surprisingly long time giving our son time to even play around with it while we wait at the gate to board the plane. 5. It easily, and automatically, closes in to fit into the carryon bin of the aircraft! I highly recommend this product for any family looking for an awesome present for their child, or even themselves! I am putting this on my Christmas present wishlist for sure!! (2024-April) My son loves this! It took us a bit to figure out that the left lever doesn’t do what it should do (brakes and reverse). It does work from the remote - phone app. We’ve contacted the seller through Amazon’s customer service. Quick response on asking us to send them a video of the problem to a different email address. Did this right after the seller requested the video. Let’s see how long they (outside Amazon’s customer service - different email address provided by seller) take to get back with a solution. We have a trip coming up and I would like for my son to use it. Follow-on updates to be provided….. stars will be updated then.

Air wheel review after 1 year of ownership and traveling
Bought it for my wife. As I originally bought her the modo bag. Due to her disabilities the modo bag proved to be too low for her to use as it hurt her to get on and off. The airwheel height made it a better choice for her. Pros : it came with a soft thin cushion seat but to be honest I didn’t really use it when I borrowed my wife’s bag as it felt the same with or without it. Which led to us ultimately losing it. In the house somewhere I hope it’s higher than modo bag and with bigger wheels it can travel on different surfaces better than modo bag. Carpet will reduce the speed of modo bag drastically. Battery is smaller than modo bag for portability. It is faster than modo bag she can use the airwheel to get up the jetbridges when deplaning with no issues. On some surfaces on fresh battery you can literally do a burnout. support team is excellent I contacted them due to a failure of the main zipper that tore apart from the bag. With directions from them and constant updates from the support staff we were able to get a replacement bag in a timely manner. Cool factor people always stop and ask us where we get our bags from. It goes in reverse and has a very tight turning radius which comes in handy when going into an airport elevator etc. Cons : brakes this thing gets moving and it does not stop on a dime like the modo bag as the modo bag uses a handbrake similar to bike, this uses an electric brake. You have to plan out your stopping. The app and the lights not really a needed feature for me. Although in the app you can change the speed of the bag if you want to lock it to a lower gear or in the high gear as it has 3 speeds to adjust. You can fly off this thing if you not careful when turning but it’s still awesome and fun to ride. you learn how to handle it and know what you can and can’t do. Battery charges slower than modo bag but the battery is also smaller in size. When you hit too many bumps the battery will start to come loose. It will pop up slightly which will cause it to shutdown or go slower so if you about to hit some bumps like the different lines separating the sidewalk it will come loose. I just put my hand behind me and push it down with a little pressure. Power button - if that thing was located on the handle bar it would be awesome but it’s not. So after you get off it or while stopping and standing say like talking to someone while waiting you have to blindly reach around behind you and find the off button. With my Modo bag I was spoiled because power button is right in front of me. Normally If my wife is riding it I just go behind her and turn it off. D rings O rings whatever you want to call them modo bag has 4 which allow for more possibilities like towing your bags, putting a strap to hand carry it, putting carabiner on for keys. Finally no wheel lock. Modo bag has the brake and wheel lock when not in use. Example of where this comes in handy on a train in Atlanta airport I hold the brake on modo bag and I don’t have to worrry about tipping or moving forward or back as the train comes to an abrupt stop. My wife on the airwheel had to hold on to a bar on the train and was being tosse back and forth. All in all I would purchase both bags again. As each pro and con outweigh each other and let’s face it they both are just great fun to ride.
