The Paris Apartment

My third book from this author and I enjoyed it so much. Except I don’t know any French and I couldn’t understand French words, but still I got the point 👍🏻

I liked the story; however, it was predictable and I got bored reading through it as the first few chapters did not really had context to the story! Nevertheless writer has tried to twist the story using different characters!

The Paris Apartment was definitely a page-turner that kept me curious from start to finish. The setting was atmospheric and the cast of mysterious neighbours made it easy to stay invested and keep guessing what was really going on. I enjoyed how each character added another layer to the story and slowly revealed pieces of the puzzle. That said, I do feel it could have benefited from more suspense and tension throughout. While the premise was intriguing, I found myself wanting a bit more edge-of-your-seat buildup and higher stakes in certain moments. Still, it was an engaging, fast-paced read with a clever concept, and I’m glad I picked it up.

But as you can see the book came with the indents and lines, ugh, so frustrating. I prefer my books to arrive in pristine condition.

Me gustó. Ultimamente leo mucho este género y parece que todos los escritores sigan un manual de instrucciones.... Agradezco a la autora su esfuerzo en escribir algo un poco original. Te mantiene en alerta, te sorprende bastante, enhorabuena a la autora otra vez.
