Looks good, USB sockets and easy to install
The black nickel is like a darker tinted chrome. I had no problems fitting this in a 25mm metal pattress box. It seems reasonable quality and hopefully it will stand the test of time.

Did not fit due to USB casing at rear of socket
I would loved to have given these 5 stars however they did not fit my internal box and the part that has the USB fittings is raised and therefore would not slot into place so I had to return them i am gutted as they are a fantastic product look really smart and transform a room and ideal for turning a double socket into having the capacity to use 4 items at once and remove the need for extension leads they are nice and sturdy and have a long guarentee

It works, but could be better.
First off I bought these for their black nickel finish. They look great but they get marked extremely easily too. I love that the sockets apertures are slightly "countersunk". So A very marginally missed plug won't make awful scratches around the holes. I think the switches are too close to the plugs though. With some plugs it is a little twist of the finger to get it into place to switch on and off. Similarly there's not much room for USB plugs in between the plugs that are plugged in so care has to be taken when plugging things in and out. The black nickel covering comes off very easily so be careful when screwing the screws in. I hate slotted screws I think they should be phased out. Overall I think they look great though and that's what I was aiming for so all is good.

Looks great! Connections are marked/colour-coded, making it a cinch to install. Replaced the old socket in less then 5 minutes. Nice to have built-in USB ports without the need for the plug. An excellent buy, which is nearly £10 less then Homebase. Will be buying a few more to replace our older ones. Definitely recommended!
