I purchased in June this laptop h it not working properly from starting, it’s in warranty I request them to repair or replace but it’s show out of warranty it not begin an year or they said out of warranty I request people please don’t buy this product or any Lenovo product ít very very bad product and it volume has a separate issue than very low sound or volume in it if you watch anything you can listen any things

Not going to post any pictures because it looks exactly like the ads.I own a workstation. So, never really needed a laptop. But, india is india and electricity that works is still a mystery sometimes.I bought a laptop as an insurance if I lose power for long hours during peak online meeting hours. It works well for meetings. It works enough to pay movies on 1080p too.Battery is good. I think I get around 6-7 hours? I know that I don't have to worry about charge often.I wouldn't recommend it as a daily use device if you can afford a better laptop/PC. But, this is good enough as a light weight, reliable - emergency second device.The CPU is quite weak for multi-tasking mind you. If you operate a few different tasks you will see lags, and rendering issues. Everything else is as expected for the price.

I bought it from Amazon. The speaker is very very low only if you keep the laptop on your ear then you can hear.Video not displaying properly and quality very bad.It is now not workingI recommend not to buy this product

Only problem is speaker 🔈.. there is no volume extra speaker required watch even movie 🍿

As promosied laptop has windows 11 home and has 8gb installed 6gb usable Petformance is great so far no complaints from my side.Sound quality is not that great but not that bad i am okay with it. one can use quality headphones or Bluetooth speakersI have few questions to seller,1)why this lenovo laptop has Acer account registrations and application in it. It does not have default app comes with lenovo2)Guide Manual comes with laptop mentioned SD card slot and finger print sensor I am not complaining here but manual is different I really got confused after looking at manuals.

1. In the Laptop I received Warranty was already activated. and only 6 Months were remaining.2. Speaker is the worst, you can hardly hear anything from it.3. Overheating: even without doing anything, laptop getting hot.4. As per the description laptop should have 8GB Ram, but the unit that I received had only 6GB RAM.5. Plastic used in the laptop is low quality, but acceptable for the price.6. Display Quality is also not that good.

The media could not be loaded.  I just purchased this laptop this month.Overall looks good and just just now only started.I found that wireless adapter wifi is not working on this laptop. I installed the driver softwares. On the laptop but still not working. How to I fix this issue, I think there is some problem with corresponding hardware . To whom I can contact ? Or can somebody else explain the solution for this please.
