This arrived quickly and was well packaged. All the parts you need to assemble it are packed in a long row of sealed bags all labelled A B C etc. it is all very well thought out, and you know at a glance that all the parts are there. The only down side is the instructions need to be a bit bigger and made a bit clearer, but if you need extra help there is an email address if you need help. it is all a very well thought out design, it fits together easy and is very sturdy. I would highly recommend this bracket, seller.

After mounting one TV to the wall with a mount from a different brand, I thought I'd get this one for my other TV since it looked similar. Turns out they are not all made the same!For starters the carriage bolts provided were about half the length of the other one I have. I went ahead and used them anyway with the provided wall plugs and gave it a quick pull test, the bolts just slid right out of the plugs, which remained in the wall. So ended up binning both the provided plugs and bolts and used my own.Once I finally managed to get it on the wall, the entire pivot arm seems too weak. It is a 22KG TV and this is meant to be rated to 35KG. The hinges are twisting quite badly and I'm afraid they will just eventually shear off.I may just bin this and get the first brand I got again.

Nothing I can say. Had to readjust it because one edge of the TV was lower than the other when extended to one side. Not impressed with the range of the movement either. Ordered because was supposed to arrive earlier, but had to wait another 5-6 days, much later than the TV was delivered.

A very well made bracket and really good quality. Easy to install although mine was only for a 32" Samsung tv. The only negative is for the wall fixing bolts they are simply to small to give a secure fix on my wall. But all in all a good quality value for money bracket. Its been upbfor over a year now and so good I have now purchased another bracket for my 40" Samsung smart t.v. again a perfect fit, both tv's having 200mm hole spacings. I can't praise this product more. Very impressive.

I received the Leaptek wall mount within 24 hours of ordering. The instructions were clear to follow. The wall mount is very well built with a choice of fitting holes to fit all mountable screens on the market. The frame is solid steel with tightly bolted arms that can extend and retract back flat on the wall.I recommend product and service received on this purchase. Money well spent.

As previous reviewers have stated, when the distance between the holes in the back of your TV are 200mm or less, the holes in the bracket are too narrow to accommodate all the bolt sizes in the pack. My Samsung TV required 8mm diameter bolts but the holes in the bracket were only 6mm in diameter. This seems to be a design flaw in the product, which is not obvious in the description. I was not prepared to drill larger holes in it to make do. After contacting Leaptek with this problem, they did not seem to understand the problem and repeatedly asked me to send photos or offer smaller bolts, which would not fit the back of my TV. I eventually had to approach Amazon to arrange a refund.

This is great if you need the swivel and tilt, it works well...BUT with only a 10KG 43" tv the arm is a bit wobbly - I do not have a concern for safety the fittings look and feel strong - but the allowed movable sections do flex.Still deserves four stars easily and all parts and fittings are supplied with the kit,

Bracket arrived well packaged and with all accessories required for a variety of TV installations. Assembly instruction were nicely laid out with good diagrams and step by step instructions. Installed the bracket within 15 minutes and saw how amazing the movement of the swivel actually was, I can tilt up and down, move left and right all with a slight movement. I’m currently using this for a 49” and it’s great... highly recommend this and the price is under valued.
