La Molisana No.32 Mezzi Rigatoni Integrali Wholewheat Pasta 500g

Gorgeous pasta, beautifully flavoursome and very easy to cook. Some wholewheat pasta can be a tad "cardboardy" and unappetising, this is not one of those pastas! it's simply lovely and loved by the whole family. We are definitely converts to wholegrain foods, will definitely re purchase.

Very good quality and texture excellent

Cooked long enough it's as soft and as tasty as normal white pasta, barely any noticeable difference in taste. Mind you, I don't eat pasta by itself, but in a typical savoury dish it's great.

Have struggled to get wholewheat rigatoni and its my favourite. This was delish. Reasonable price too

I often buy this .. also because I can't find the pasta labels I like.. but in the end I have to say this is great quality and taste good Al dente as well.

リガトーニ自体も初でしたが、全粒粉の方が安かったのでひとまず全粒粉を、といった感じで選択しました。全粒粉のパスタも初です。 やはり全粒粉は話に聞いていた通り、口の中で咀嚼した際に舌触りがざらざらして、本当に正直に言えばいつものパスタを期待するとあまり美味しいものには感じません。 ただ特に臭いだとかはなく、本当にただただ奥歯で噛んだときにザリッとした感じがあるという点以外は「こういうパスタなんだな」で済むものです。 個人的に食感があまりよくないので、ソースの方はオイルや単純なトマトソースではなくて、かなり深い味のものがいいと思います。 自分はまず1%の塩水で15分茹でたあとに、カレー用の牛すね肉を圧力鍋でホロホロにしたものに赤ワインとかきつね色のソフリットとかトマトペーストを放り込んで味を整え、半ばビーフシチューみたいなものに入れて更に3分くらい煮込んで染み込ませたら、それこそビーフシチューの具みたいに一体感が出て美味しかったです。 なんか手をかけまくって無理やり美味しくしようとしたみたいに聞こえるかもしれませんが、ザラザラ感は全く感じませんでしたし、大きなショートパスタであるリガトーニの食べ応えも感じて満足感は高かったです。茹で時間表記は12分ですが、それよりもかなり長い時間茹でた方が美味しく食べられると思います。
