Never purchase from this company. After a number of problems trying to return this product because of space issues, I decided to keep it. When I finally took it out of the box (after the return by date by Amazon) and attempted to fill it with air, it leaked and does not hold air. RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX defective. This is a total loss of my money for me.The company / vendor is not user friendly, and I pray Amazon removes them from being to sell products with them. This company gives Amazon a bad name. Shame on Amazon if they keep them. Reading other customers comments, it appears there are many issues with this companies' quality control.

I love the design with the built-in motor. It is easy for me to maintain. Unfortunately, it recently stopped maintaining the heat level. I am not sure how to get it repaired or if the company will help me figure this out.Keep you posted

Slow to heat up. Cover keeps losing air. Not sure if I like it

I downsized from a 6 person to this one. It’s so much better. Seat cushions are great. Uses less chlorine. Fits 2 people great. If you have 3 people it’s kind of tight. I would buy this one again

Waiting to hear back from seller, and will update after. Have had this product for under 2 months and the heater won't go above 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Hopefully the seller does the right thing and exchanges it for a working one. UPDATE: so far getting the runaround from the seller. They are placing the blame on shipping but since it worked then stopped that doesn't make any sense. They also tried saying the temperature was due to it being outside. It's July in New England the ambient temperature is at least if not greater than the allegedly hot tub. UPDATE 2: After soo many messages back and forth, the seller finally agreed to send a replacement hot tub. Persistence paid off in this case. I'll raise the star rating after I receive it. UPDATE 3: finally recieved replacement hot tub and have raised star rating. This is a very enjoyable hot tub when it works and I'm hopeful the replacement will last longer than the original.

I bought this hot tub in April and it was great, but it started leaking out of the pump in August. It sat under a roof on a pad out of the sun and elements. I maintained it regularly. Customer service made it as difficult as possible to send photos and try to make a claim. When I finally got angry, they refunded the entire purchase price. Not recommended.
