This is a fantastic mineral supplement. I suffered from leg cramps at night but I’ve been using this for about a year now and the leg cramps are almost nonexistent.

I love this stuff. I put it in my drink every morning and am now so used to the flavor that my drink now tastes flavorless without these minerals. It makes such a profound difference in taste. As far as benefits, I don't know for sure, but there were a couple of days that I didn't take it, and then I started feeling unhappy. I started wondering whether I was getting addicted to the lithium, because they give lithium to people with bipolar, so I thought that could be a possibility. But ChatGPT, for what it's worth, said that the amount of lithium found in this product is not enough to do harm. So I think that maybe this product is actually boosting my mood, little by little. I really like it and will continue using it.

I drink distilled water to prevent kidney stones and put just a few drops in each liter. The amount recommend would probably be fine but I'm prone to kidney stones so I use less.

This product is a high quality trace mineral supplement. Trace minerals enable your body to receive many nutrients we are deficient in with today's food. I could notice a difference in my health while taking this so I know it works. My only dissatisfaction with this product was it was difficult to pour, so it leaked a few times. If the bottle was the same as the traditional ConcenTrace brand, I would have given it a 5-star rating. As a health coach, I would recommend this product to anyone looking to maximize their health.
