Definitely gotta have this too…
As I’ve said before. . . I usually buy all of Lee Kum Kee products.. In my estimation, they’re the best for home cooking Chinese food.. Gotta have Hoisin sauce for chow mein and lo mein and fried rice, or any other stir fry vegetable recipes. It’s the next best thing to enjoying a restaurant-cooked meal only you’ve cooked it yourself! I’ll probably say the same for the other Lee Kum Kee products I have to review. Try them for yourself.. They’re the best!

THIS IS MY FAVOURITE STIR FRY SAUCE
I have been using this sauce for several years, but didn't want to have to do a 50 mile round trip to get it any more, so its really great to be able to buy it online. It was well packaged so nothing got broken. I like to use 2 teaspoons of it in a stir fry, along with a tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce and a teaspoon of peanut butter (that thickens it up a bit and binds up the juices) The jars are smaller than the ones I used to buy, but a case of 6 should last me quite a long time.

E' una salsa al gusto barbecue agrodolce tipica della cucina cinese. Assaggiandola da sola molto probabilmente non vi piacerà, a causa del suo gusto molto forte e deciso. Tuttavia una volta sciolta usando un po' di olio o brodo e sfruttata come fondo di cottura per preparare del pollo con verdure, vi piacerà moltissimo. Ovvio che vi devono piacere i gusti speziati e particolari della cucina orientale, ma se siete degli appassionati o anche semplicemente dei curiosi, son certo che vi sorprenderà! Io l'ho presa quando costava circa 5 euro, e mi sta durando moltissimo visto che ne basta veramente poca per insaporire i piatti.
