This inflatable seat cushion came with a pump that's as useful as a chocolate teapot. It's a pity, really, because sitting on deflated dreams isn't quite the comfort I was promised. Save your money and invest in something more substantial.

I was ultimately quite skeptical of this but it does actually inflate well with the included pump. I only used it once to test so I don't know how long the pump will last but I am choosing to believe. It might deflate over time but once partially inflated it did not deflate when I tried to fold it so not quite reusable for travel. I just needed a spare for my mom's wheelchair (our dog has started trying to kill the current one!) so this works for what I need.

If you do a lot of sitting and are having problems with "chair" sores, then this is the product for you! I weigh 370 lb, and it holds me fine. I just put a cloth t-shirt over it or you could probably use a pillowcase. And it just works like a charm. No more chafing, no more so-called bed sores, etc. I highly recommend this one.

First, find the adaptor cleverly hidden in the handle of the pump. That's essential to use the pump to inflate this somewhat portable cushion. I say somewhat because you either have to inflate before you go -- so, a little bulky, or flatten to pocket-sized but then you need to bring the pump along. I cart it around in a reusable shopping bag, already inflated (to save time), but also bring the pump because it's comfiest when fully inflated. Very lightweight so easier to carry than smaller but heavier gel cushions. I'm very thin from long illness and this cushion is a necessity. Recommended.
