Professional quality without the "big brand" price tag!
I’ve been wanting to switch from non-stick to stainless steel for a while now, but I didn't want to drop $200 on a single pan. This DELARLO skillet has been a total game-changer in my kitchen. The tri-ply construction is legit—it has a nice, heavy weight to it and heats up incredibly evenly on my glass stovetop. No more "hot spots" where the middle burns while the edges stay cold. The 12.5-inch size is perfect for a family of four. I can easily sear four large chicken breasts at once without overcrowding the pan. Speaking of searing, the crust you get on steaks with this thing is restaurant-quality. Because it's oven-safe up to 600°F, I love that I can start a dish on the stove and finish it under the broiler without worrying about ruining the handle. A quick tip for anyone new to stainless: make sure you use the "water drop test" to ensure it’s hot enough before adding oil, and your food won't stick! It cleans up surprisingly easily with a little Bar Keepers Friend, and it still looks brand new after a month of heavy use. If you want a durable, nontoxic pan that feels like it’ll last a lifetime, this is a fantastic investment.

Great pans
Very pleased with these pans. Heat evenly. Cooking with them is great and they clean up fast. These are so much better than non-stick coated pans. The price for the two pans was great. Not that it matters but they look great. The lids fit perfectly and the pans are strong and seem very durable. They are not to heavy so they are easy to use.

FEELS way more expensive
This pan honestly doesnt feel like it costs $43, which is what I paid for it. It genuinely feels like a far more expensive pan. Its a pretty hefty pan, thick, and really well made. The lid is very very solid construction even that wasnt cheaped out on. There are a lot of complaints im seeing that really make no sense to me, Some people are saying the wrench doesnt match the lugnuts you have to screw in, but I was able to tighten them just fine This was literally my first ever stainless steel pan, and im not even an avid cook, but even still I havnt had any of these sticking horror stories im seeing in some reviews. I did my research, like anyone should before buying stainless, preheated properly and am making perfect omelets every single day. Also, maybe placebo maybe not but the eggs im having now using this taste far far better. Clean up was super easy, I got some bar keepers friend just in case, and when I did burn on some stains from burning peppers, that product removed those impossible to scrub off stains effortlessly, so I highly recommend investing in that as well if you buy this pan. All in all, I cant think of a single complaint when using this pan, even if I paid a hundred bucks for this pan I wouldnt be able to find any complaints, Looks great, works perfectly, this is a 10/10 product for me.

No rivets, easy cleaning, uniform temp. distribution
Having been on the business end of countless cooking vessels, the first thing I will say is I dislike handles with rivets protruding into the inside of the pan. I have not seen any riveted pans that are NSF certified, due to bacteria/food being difficult to clean, especially with dishwasher-only process. There's no good reason not to weld the handles, or attaching hardware, other than maybe being cheaper? It's nice to use a spatula and cleanly swipe the inside of the pan to get what you're cooking off the sides....rivets prevent that. The removable handle(s) are a nice touch. I have never had any issues with the nuts or attachment process. Maybe some people did but could be a defect in the threads, or overtightening. Put a drop of oil on the threads before tightening, and lift the handle up and down while final-tightening, which allows a completely solid connection, which I have never had loosen. BTW, the thread is a 5mmx.8mm common metric thread, so if you lose a nut (they give you extras) you can buy them on amazon. Some pans have the handle permanently welded to the pan but I like the removable feature, allowing storage in tight areas, or I sometimes keep it off and use the pan like a pie pan to bake with, and the handle being off, makes it less cumbersome in the oven. If you make skillet-browned cornbread, this works almost as well as a cast iron skillet. There are no lids with this but the price is great, and you can buy lids, or if you're like me, you already have lids that fit these saute pans. The lip of these pans are flared out, making pouring liquid/stew/etc out clean with no drips down the side of the pan. I measured temperatures across the bottom of the pan while heating on an induction cooktop. The temperature was very uniform across the interior, and the magnetic coupling to the induction coils was very efficient, indicating a good magnetic stainless steel used in the mfg process. To season the pan, I use either coconut oil, or avacado oil (not spray oil, as the lecithin used for release agent will break down under high heat). So heat the pan to around 400F (after first cleaning it), then wipe the oil to coat the pan's inside with a paper towel and oven mitten(s). This will greatly reduce sticking. So to recap, great pan, flat bottom, great handle and attachment hardware, easy to clean and use. Price is also very good for high quality pans. I've cooked several meals, cornbread, and desserts with them, and am still happy with my purchase!

Still a worthy pan after 10 months usage
I bought this last year in September, so I have about 10 months of use with it. The pan is not that heavy and easy to pick up with one hand. It doesn't take up too much space on the stove. Food cooks evenly and after frying food depending on how much oil I use it's easy to clean off. I have used less oil and had food burnt on it. Letting the burnt stuff sit in water for a while, made it easier to clean. Here's the negative that I found about this, but I don't think it's exclusive to this brand only. In my pictures where the glass meets the steel there is space where after you clean the top water can sit in that edge. If you don't dry it off or you leave it to dry on its own, it could develop what I think is algae between the glass and metal. My stove is next to a window, and I never hand dry the cover so that's what I think it is. I think a toothbrush with hard bristles, would be able to remove most of it. I'm not bothered by it, because when I cook food with the cover on, the heat kills it. I have another brand pot from years ago from a different manufacturer with the same style cover and it has the same issue. I have another pan with an all-steel cover, and this algae growth doesn't exist, because it's one solid piece. I think any brand that uses part metal, part glass will have this issue, because they are different material types. You're always going to have a gap between materials unless the cover is made of all metal. The bottom of the pan has some browning to it, but it's expected. I use the pan once or twice almost every day, so there will be wear on it. I don't expect it to look exactly the same way as when I first purchased it brand new. The inside doesn't have any browning after 10 months of use, so that's great. The last negative thing is the handle where it meets the frying pan part. Those two connections or so thin, but it hasn't broken on me yet. I always hand wash the pan, and it's held up. I wish those two connections were a little bit thicker. Overall, I give the pan 4 stars despite the negatives I have with it.

Outstanding Pan
This is a durable well-made stainless steel fry pan with nicely rounded corners and they will fitting lid. I use it daily for cooking burgers or stir fry. I would never cook eggs in it because they will stick but other foods like sauteed vegetables or meats cook really well without sticking. This is a heavy duty pan and will last for years if cared for properly.

1 STEP CLOSER TO A LESS TOXIC TOMORROW & stick it to the NonStickToxicTeflon Lies
Time to say Goodbye to the Non Stick Toxic Teflon Lies! Investing in a cleaner future 1 pan at a time I had no idea the freaking rabbit hole I would go down trying to switch away from toxic Teflon pans. Honestly, while one should definitely avoid using acidic foods like pasta sauce, due to the Nickle.. This pan is great for what I need it for! Super easy to clean, considering I cook with a little bit of coconut oil - and as long as I don't allow the food to burn or get crusty(which I haven't) I don't even understand why the majority of us ever were fooled to switch to using those toxic alternatives this is just as non-stick but without the concern for our safety and that of small animals(****FYI::: STOP USING THOSE nonstick/Teflon fumes will kill birds and small animals within seconds, THINK OF what it does to us eating it long term? Not sold, look into Dupont(the creator of Teflon) - Our health and safety should always triumph convenience - So that's why I'm happy using this pan! I feel safe it has a sturdy handle and is extremely large, I could definitely of gotten a smaller size. The price is worth the investment! Honestly, a small price to pay - as it's just as easy to clean and no need to worry about Teflon fumes instantly killing birds, small animals - If the fumes from non stick "Teflon" instantly can take them out within seconds - imagine how much we are saving - not just ourselves but the generations upon generations of our families, from those forever chemicals - baked into our food, water and God knows what else!

Poor base design affects cooking performance
I purchased the DELARLO 10-inch stainless steel skillet and measured it myself after using it on a glass ceramic cooktop. Actual measurements (not just marketing size) Top opening: about 10¼ inches (26 cm) Flat cooking surface: about 8½ inches (21.6 cm) However, the base is not truly flat — it is slightly curved/uneven Main issue: unstable and warped base The biggest problem is the pan does not sit properly flat on the cooktop. It: rocks slightly when placed on a flat glass ceramic surface can even spin like a “top” (une toupie) does not maintain full, stable contact with the cooking surface This causes uneven heating and makes cooking less reliable, especially for searing or anything requiring consistent contact. Cooking performance impact Because the base is not stable: heat distribution is uneven food browns inconsistently pan feels unstable during cooking performance is worse than expected for tri-ply stainless Design concern Although marketed as tri-ply stainless steel, the base construction does not appear rigid or flat enough for reliable use on a glass ceramic cooktop. The bottom seems to have a slight curvature or flex that affects stability. Conclusion The size is acceptable, but the flatness and stability of the base are poor, which makes it unsuitable for precise cooking on glass ceramic surfaces. I would not recommend it for induction or glass-top cooking due to the wobbling and uneven heat contact.

Do not recommend
Arrived damaged and they turn brown after the first use and you cannot clean them. Even following all the instructions still food sticks and you can’t ever get them back to the original product

Does the job, but warpes
Although I've enjoyed using the pan and it's actually worked quite well, it started warping from the first use and is now completely unbalanced on the stove top. I guess it wouldn't be a big deal if you're using it on a gas stove, but as mine is ceramic, it wobbles around, heats unevenly and is incredibly frustrating to cook with now.
