I have an ios smartphone 14 and like it quite a bit. But I also have many applications and electronic devices (most of which I think are made in the far east) which have the applications first designed for Android phones and then later for ios phones. So, I bought this phone, not to use it as a phone to make calls through a cellular provider, but just as a controller and home for my applications for many of my electronic equipment (cameras, telescopes, etc.). And, it has met my hopes perfectly. That is not to say that equipment I have doesn't also have an ios app developed for them. But, in one very disappointing experience, I purchased an astronomy camera prior to 2000 that had an app on the App Store. But due to the coronavirus there was a big drop off in sales and the company I purchased the camera from in Singapore seemed to stop paying for their app to remain active on Apple's app store. One day the app just stopped working. I am in a facebook group of people who have the same camera but use it with their android phone. The app to control this camera was still live on the google play store. When I got this camera, I downloaded the app and it works perfectly now with my camera. I guess the companies based in the far east just love android phones first and more. Just my thought. I could be wrong but have definitely had other devices apps drop off the app store.

I dropped my phone in the toilet and couldn't dry it out. Since I had just purchased my phone from Metro in Oct 2023 for $350 I was kinda mad at myself for being so careless. I've never purchased a phone from Amazon but I went back to Metro and they wanted another $350. The girl there just said make sure it is compatible with Metro PCS. So that's what I did. I decided to stick with the Samsung Galaxy A14 since I knew the product and was happy with it. I ordered new phone from this vendor and thought "what do I have to lose?" Reviews were good for the vendor and it was returnable also it is new not refurbished. It arrived quickly in 2 days. Was a little confused because the SIM card holder had 2 slots and the expandable memory, but once I goggle it was very interesting why it had 2 slots. No big deal for me. I was able to transfer all data (cord to cord) and went online and transfered phone and SIM card ( not watered damaged) to new phone. All this was very easy and no extra charges for activation as long as you do it online. Viola, I've got a new operational phone without the high price. I highly recommend this vendor and any other purchases will be made from them without hesitation. Glad I found a reputable dealer at half the price. Thank you for having and selling what was advertised.

You're not going to get a better phone for the price. This Samsung phone is amazing, best I've had since my Note 8. The price is fantastic and for being refurbished, it looks brand new. Lightning fast, superb Samsung quality. I was on a bit of a budget so after my last phone nightmare, I figured I would spend a little bit more and try this one out and I'm not disappointed. Battery life is amazing, the phone is super fast, setup is easy. Works great with mint mobile. Again, for being refurbished, it literally looked brand new, and it came in great packaging, everything was clean and sealed. Brand new charger. The screen was flawless, definitely looked new.

Screen is good but I would still recommend a screen protector as an added security. It's been 3 years and screen is still good

I bought this as a 2nd phone specifically to use with my Lyft App. The screen is bigger than my I-phone and the clarity is good. I'm not familiar with Android apps but I've begun using some and appreciate them. I've had absolutely no issues with the phone in about a year of use and do recommend it for android users. In my case, I was able to buy it on Amazon at a reasonable price and that's a big plus!

It worked well until about a year later. I didn't use this phone for anything other than keeping in touch with family, listening to music, and reading. I didn't have a bunch of apps downloaded or even downloaded any apks but a few weeks ago the phone completely died. While I was reading the screen got all buggy, flashed a few screen boxes then went out. I tried charging it, doing a hard reset but nothing. I don't know if something internal disconnected or fried. Thankfully I had purchased a warranty for it and was able to get a replacement. It worked well for the first year, so if you don't mind replacing your phone yearly I guess it's ok.

This phone is amazing! Ive had it for over a year, the screen isnt busted and ive dropped it several times on hard surfaces and it still works amazingly. Its very fast to respond and open and i have a lot of games downloaded on it
