Pretty poor - gets stopped and stuck on slightest obstacle, such as a thin matt; cant cross thin door stops between rooms; frequently gets stuck. Doesn't get into edges or corners well. WOuld have preferred to spend money on a better vacuum as this doesn't really do the job at at all.

If you are considering whether or not to buy this, Go and buy it!! You will not regret about it. I can confirm that this was the best money I have ever spent! It's really quiet during it's cleaning routine and very efficient. It seems well constructed. Really easy to set up and get going. Cleaning out the tray and fixing little parts are so intuitive that I haven't even viewed the instructions since I bought it.

Its sticking and wont hoover my carpet complete wont even charge and havent had it long

This is a good little gadget which I purchased for my mum. I expected it not to work as well as some of its more expensive counterparts but on the whole it worked well. It probably picks up about 75% of the small items on the floor and often gets stuck under the sideboard and coffee table, as well as getting stuck on the rug. The battery lasts for roughly 40 mins which for us was one use so this is a negative. But on the whole a novelty gadget that can be used in between proper cleans.

I love this Robot vaccum cleaner,I am really pleased with it. The problem is the side brushes need replacing ,I have looked in the instruction manual and the box,there is no address to buy replacements and cannot find the brushes for this model on Amazon HELP PLEASE

Wow!!! Exceeds expectations to be honest. It is so quiet that it doesn't sound like a hoover...but it picks up our dog's and girls' hair and does a superb job on tiles, laminate, carpets and our rug!! It is brilliant. It easily climbs up from carpet onto the rug. It is fun to watch! A comment on a rival hoover said he uses it as an alarm clock as it is so noisy.

I used this on my hard floors & was quite impressed with it. The instructions seem to be translated from Chinese and a bit lacking in sense but I got it going without them. It comes partly charged already, which is handy, but see below. It's not very powerful & I can't imagine it sucking up any dust from a carpet but it did well on my laminate floors. The biggest thing I got it to pick up was a grain of uncooked rice. It's quite small & low - it even fits under a futon bed on the floor which even the mains vac can't, which is great. I got most of the flat done & had to empty the dustbox 3 times, which tells you how much dust it actually picked up. But by then it was indicating low battery. I switched it off, connected to the charger & just left it. I checked it an hour later & there was no difference to the battery level. Checked instructions - hadn't done anything wrong - but read that it should indicate that it is being charged, left it connected all night in the end, but nothing, hence the 3 stars, good machine, but obviously useless if it can't be charged.

Anyone buying a robotic vacuum cleaner should know that it will not clean as quickly or as effectively as you will by yourself. Putting this aside, this is a useful help in small bathrooms or whilst you are working in the kitchen. It does get stuck on the raised floor divider between rooms. It's strategy for directing itself around isn't great, it would be nice if it effectively went round the edges of the room before doing the centre. However note that this is much cheaper than many of its competitors.
