The 22mm Diameter is the inner diameter
Small tip fits on an oxygen tubing snuggly but can be removed without too much effort. The 22mm diameter is the INNER diameter.

This piece fits perfect on my tubing mask for trach as I am on O2 24/7.

They fit perfectly on any stock Tracheostomy mask. (So they should fit any nose or mouth mask also) Connects to any oxygen tubing. Surprisingly they are a decent quality and have the appearance that they will last a good long time.
