Excellent product quality and even better customer service from Da Urban. I’ve been using the chair for almost 3 years, and had a recent issue with the headrest part, the team replaced the entire backrest without any hassle. Their support was quick, professional, and truly customer-friendly, which is rare these days. The chair itself is comfortable, sturdy, and has held up really well over time. A 50-50 chair. Some good, some not so good.
Quick delivery, easy to assemble. It's features are as advertized. The headrest is a boonn when it comes to a long workday and a quick rest is needed. The back rest is good. Size wise its very suitable. The issues I have with this is being able to adjust it so that my feet rest on the ground, at 5'7", they are not comfortably on the ground, so that is a negative. The shape of the cushion is also very odd, so that the edge of the cushon digs into my thighs, leading to blood circulation issues. I walk every 20-30 mins do avoid discomfort. Now I need to buy a foot rest to avoid these issues.

Good chair . Good for WFH
The chair is good. Comfortable and helps you do long hours of WFH. The seat gets little heated up as usual with all the foam based chairs. Easy to use and comfy. Delivery person had done the installation. Recommend everyone to have the installation done by the delivery agent saves a lot of time and effort. Good product.

It’s a really good office chair, to be frank. Got it for ₹4,800. A totally value for money. The chair is quite heavy because of the product quality; I feel it weighs more than 30 kg approximately. Whoever is looking for a budget-friendly chair for daily use, go for it.

الكرسي سيء جدا صغير غير مريح صعب التركيب شركه التصنيع لا تتكلم عربي أو انجليزي شكل بغير فايده قطع حمايه الضهر و العامود الفقري لا تعمل بشكل جيد فقط منضر و الشكل ليسا كما في الصوره
