I ordered my first one and it unfortunately got delivered broken but, they sent me another one free of charge and it works amazing. It’s safe, convenient, and easy to use 5 out of 5 starts best door knob on the market👍

Considerably smaller than the IU20 it uses AAA instead of AA batteries. fingerprint programming is touchy but overall, I give this new IUKnob 5 stars. Curious to see how long the smaller batteries last.Installation was very easy taking no longer than about 15 minutes.I am happy the MFG decided to publish the WEB code generation feature for this allows you to give access by generating the opening code over the internet, I don't know how this works, but it is great.The best feature, by far, is the voice navigation, all manufacturers of this type of device should offer it.Using the fingerprint scanner is also nice but somewhat flaky. I understand from the supplier that the fingerprint scan becomes more accurate as it is being used.Record both the S/N and Version number during the installation process, you will need these to setup the Remote Code Generation. If you don't do this then you will have to remove inside knob to get this information.One word of caution: If this, or any electronic doorknob, is installed between a steel door and an insulating storm door the temperature may exceed the manufacturers temperature rating of 176 degrees F. This is especially true if, like me, you were to install a black knob.

Great product NOT easy to install. To the point I almost throw it out. BUT once installed it is OK

I have only had this for a few weeks but so far so good, but there are alot of things to like about this compared to similar products. The first thing to like is that this unit does not require you to download an app to your phone and connect to your wifi network or anything crazy like that in order to use the fingerprint function like other door locks on the market these days. Also, the buttons are actual rubber buttons instead of a touch screen and so it is quicker to use and less prone to hitting the wrong numbers. Finally, the unit seems solidly build and suited for outdoor use as it comes with optional rubber ring seals and also has a rubber non-slip ring around the knob so you can get a good grip on it. I am giving this 5 stars which is rare for me.

The media could not be loaded. My cousin had one for his door when some relative broke his old one and I thought to myself. "I'm getting myself one as well." He told me it was pricey which it was, good thing I had a credit card and it's one day shipping!Installation was confusing at first if you're planning to reuse it on the same door, which I did and it was hard. I had some troubles when installing at first but, it was simple afterwards. Although QR code to go and set up your account was decent at first then all the sudden it stopped working for me. Like no matter how many times I tried relogging, it wouldn't work. Even the forgot your password thing doesn't work, tried to reset my password and stuff but no emails never came so (DO BE CAREFUL). There's no app to used except the QR code given to you when installing. After that just follow the instructions on the installation paper and it'll tell y'all how to set up finger prints or code if needed.

Within less than a year, this lock has malfunctioned twice. The seller is not honoring the one year manufacturer review. The lock does not hold up to really hard rain. Twice when it has rained hard the knob like shorts out. It goes through four batteries every two days. The fingerprint option no longer works. The first knob that stopped working the seller was great and replaced it. The second time they said, it was impossible to have the same problem. Ironic saying something is impossible when it already happened. I offered to send them their Lock so they can verify that it’s not working. They won’t respond. After the first experience, I got smart and bought a three year warranty. So I guess I’ll let some other company cover their lousy door knob. But buyer beware do not buy this Unless you enjoy spending $100 on AAA batteries

The lock looks good but its hit and miss with the finger print entry, mostly miss, but its ok for the price.
