Wanted to provide an update as I reached out to Smokey Crafts directly and they had amazing customer service. After I told them that the device stopped working they sent me an entire new kit as well as a video on how to clean the device to prevent it from not working again. We absolutely loved this when we got it and even bought one for a friend. We have not had it very long or used it very often and the device that pulls the smoke through and burns the chips already stopped working. We’ve tried replacing batteries and it will turn on and off sporadically. This is a really cool idea, but doesn’t last long at alll

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday because he loves smoked old fashion drinks, first time we used it, it worked great and he brought it out to use for the second time it wouldn’t turn on and by that time we couldn’t return it. Very disappointed and I bought this item when it was $129 felt like it was a waste of money

I was shopping for an old fashioned cocktail smoker kit for my husband as a gift but all the options in the market seemed quite boring. This set not only looked amazing but had all the components needed to start smoking right off the bat. We tried smoking a whiskey first and turns out the set was so easy to use. Within seconds, box is filled with smoke and after waiting for a minute or so you can really taste the smoky flavor infused in the drink. I must say I quite enjoy the theatric moment when you open the glass lid and smoke slowly lingers out.

Update...the company notified me and made it right sent a complete new box and accessories overnight, they were quick to get back to me and fix the issue Purchased this for my husband for Father's day, he has used it for 3 weeks, not even every day and the whole thing fell apart, like the heat and smoke causes the glue to heat up and the whole box fell apart, the rivets are for decoration only, my husband really liked this box compared to other styles so he put little wood screws to put it back together, just beware
