The point of the insert of this bit, was a little off center, which made a flat at the bottom of the cuts.

Fantastic router bit
Just finished making v groove siding boards for my shed and for the price paid, this bit had zero problems even through the big knots that were in the boards that I was working with and some knots were up to 3-4" wide. Equally great that you do not need to sharpen, just loosen the bolt, spin the bit, and retighten. The main portion of the bit never wears out, only replace the cutting bits. Great cost savings not having to buy the whole assembly.

BINSTAK 60VBIT is an excellent quality bit
This bit is an excellent product! Three things stood out for me as an amateur CNC woodworker. 1. First, the bit is MASSIVE. on my 1500-watt air-cooled spindle, it took approximately 3 seconds to wind up, twice as long as normal. However, this imparts a high degree of inertia allowing the bit to power through any tough spots in even purpleheart. 2. Despite its weight it is extremely well-balanced, allowing for even shallow, fine accurate cuts. 3. The replaceable blade makes this bit super cheap to run, having only to replace the blade when the carbide finally dulls. All in all, this bit exceeds my requirements and will continue to be an important addition to my shop!

Very nice
I bought this to replace the Denali brand Amazon sells which are junk. The Denali burned up on first use just milling an 1/8" groove in pine. I bought this and it had no issues with the same groove in the same pine. This also is better since it has an insert that you can rotate or replace when it's dull. Well worth the money.

Very tough! does a great finish
One of the first bits I ever got for CNC and it's very tough. Any mistakes I've made learning have been on this bit so it's taken a thrashing and I'm still haven't needed to turn the blade around or sharpen it. Has lasted a lot longer than many of my other cheaper V carve bits, so buy once, cry once. .... I would buy again if I lost it somewhere

Really happy with this bit for CNC use. Clean cuts with less cleanup after. I like that I can rotate or replace the carbide cutter rather than buying a new bit. Very hair with the purchase!
