Iron with Vitamin C | Gentle Bisglycinate | 180 Vegan Capsules

A Very Good, non-constipating Supplement I’ve bought and completed using the whole bottle befire; like that it does not constipate like many iron supplements because its components is all from plants/veggies. A bit in the high price side but had to return to it as it does what it’s supposed to do while not constipating. Personally, I’ll rate it 9-plus on a scale of 1-10. Many thanks for the opportunity to put in a word for this supplement. TOLA.

Edit, January 2026: these iron pills really do work. My ferritin is now too high after taking these. I had iron deficiency resistant to supplements before this. I’ve taken them for months and still no digestive upset to report. Amazing product. I've tried other brands and this is the only one that fixed my longstanding iron deficiency within one bottle. They did give me digestive upset when taking one per day, so I switched to two every other day and I have no side effects whatsoever, and as a plus, iron is proven to be better absorbed this way. These feel like miracle pills for me and I'll stay on them as long as I need them.

This product has to many fillers. It also has Maltodextrin that can have a negative impact on the gut.

Seems to work well to boost system ok

I bought it for my daughter, she is a teenager, her iron results were low. After taking it for two weeks she feels much better and with more energy. No doubt I will continue to buy it.

This product works amazing having ladies issues concerned my iron levels would get low, after taking tablets for a while iron levels back to normal. Excellent and my stomach able to tolerate much better than the doctors one. Thank you for making such a good healthy tablet.

I gave it a ego relying on reviews but unfortunately it gave me stomach cramps and bad smell in the mouth. Have been taking for a few weeks and no results moreover i feel really bad. Generally feel sick after taking them so had to stop. Also the bottle came damaged. Shame on spending more than 20 quid for fake capsules . They could be out of date or for another medication .

Great iron supplement, organic, at a great price.

Most iron supplements I have taken in the past hurt my stomach, were constipating or caused hemorrhoids. This is a gentle iron supplement that causes no problems for me. It doesn't work as quickly as prescription iron pills, but I prefer them, along with eating iron rich foods.

This product saved my life! My ferritin was at 17 and I was barely functioning! My hair was falling out. I couldn’t get any work done. I was exhausted no matter how much sleep I got and my mood was the worst. In 3 months my ferritin level increased to 57 which is AMAZING and so close to my goal of over 60.
