Heavy for size, extremely powerful for a laptop computer
I've used Dell Precision mobile work stations for many years. No plastic here. Super speedy lap top designed to operate 24/7. The negatives is that this series (5560) contains a hard wired battery, which has a short run time. The touch pad incorporates left, center and right click features that feels like sand paper. It's rather wide, so you have to keep your hands toward the edges of the machine. The final negative IMO, gone are the USB 3.0 and power connector. Everything now uses the new Thunderbolt connection. If looking to back up data, and you have external devises, you need a dongle dock The positives is the machine is super fast. The new Intel processors and the video card used is snappy. While the screen size listed is only 15.6 inches, the bezel is only 3/16" wide. Having a metal chassis, the computer is heavier than a consumer based machine, but the metal is used as a heat sink to keep it cool.

Power adapter was not correct wattage for computer.
The computer was sent with a low-wattage power adapter which causes the battery to not be charged completely. Needed to purchase a different adapter for another $65.

Good product
The trackpad is a little too large and hard to type over. Otherwise I like it since my last almost new Dell took a direct hit on the keyboard from a full cup of coffee.
